Exactly as described fully equipped with two beach umbrellas and around 8 beach chairs and badges along with a wagon for easy transport. Clean and new looking building and was very easy to get in and communicate. Loved the short walks to the beach and ice cream shop downstairs. Very well kept and maintained and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. "

"Overall a very clean and adequate space for being close to the beach. There were enough beach tags, chairs, umbrellas that you don’t need your own. Household supplies were well stocked and available. They also allowed our two small dogs. But there is no queen bed as listed."

Michael was very quick to respond and extremely helpful, from assisting us with an early check in to obtaining an item that was accidentally left behind. The living room was comfy and had lots of streaming options on the TV. And the location is literally perfect. We also liked the outdoor shower, which should provide enough privacy for most people.
