Beautiful villa on the ground floor (100 sqm), composed of: large entrance hall, 3.60 m modular kitchen, 2 bedrooms (double beds 2 squares, mattresses 18 cm, orthopedic, hypoallergenic and breathable), 2 bathrooms of which one with bathtub, while the other with shower box, a small closet with sink and washing machine and finally a large garden (375 square meters) where you can enjoy your Salento holiday in total relaxation.

The city of Poggiardo is geographically located strategically, a few km from the beautiful seaside resorts of Otranto, Castro and Santa Cesarea Terme.
From the Bari or Brindisi airports, take the bus or train towards Lecce, once you arrive at the Lecce station take the train towards Gagliano del Capo and get off at the Poggiardo station.
The ideal way to visit Salento would be to have your own car, or rent one.

The “L’Antica Pietra” holiday home, born around the middle of the 1800s in the heart of the City of Poggiardo.
The house is on the ground floor and is divided into two entrances, the main entrance characterized by a wooden door, while the rear entrance corresponds to a large garden, the latter is attached to the house and is suitable for sharing the pleasant cool of summer evenings. The very fresh and bright house is characterized by 6 meters high ceilings, with vaults in local stone and, among the various comforts, there are two air conditioners to counteract the torrid Salento summer days.

Structure in detail:
Large entrance with a beautiful wicker sitting area.
a modular kitchen of 3.60 m complete with all appliances + a wooden table for 6 people, extendable up to 12 seats.
2 bathrooms, one of which is very large and particular, in fact the bathtub has been placed inside the mouth of an old fireplace and to make it even more special, at the distal end of the old chimneys (in correspondence of the bathtub ) a window has been placed that you can open or close at will using a remote control, to enjoy the starry sky in summer while you are taking a relaxing shower. the second bathroom, smaller instead has a tiled shower with an orange mosaic, which makes the room brighter and more cheerful.
2 bedrooms, one with a double bed 2 squares (18 cm, hypoallergenic and orthopedic mattress), a large wardrobe of 3.40 m in wood, 2 bedside tables, a mirror, a chest of drawers and a TV corner. While in the second bedroom there are 2 sofa beds (mattress 18, hypoallergenic and breathable), a wardrobe and a TV corner.
a small utility room where there is a sink and a washing machine.
finally, a large garden where you can fully enjoy your Salento holiday.

Other things to highlight:
The ancient stone is situated in a little busy and very quiet street, suitable for all those who want to spend their holidays in total relaxation. The rooms, all spacious and bright, have traditional vaulted ceilings in Salento style (6 meters high) and each room has a different design once. The house is furnished and designed down to the smallest detail, including the combination of colors, so that our guests do not miss anything.
