Property was very well located in the Arrowhead Lakes community. Property was well maintained. However, we arrived to the house about 20 minutes after the check in time and were turned away by a cleaning person. She advised that there was a mix up and she would need an additional. 45 minutes to clean. She said that I should have received a call in advance notifying me and gave me a number to call the property manager. I called the property manager and he apologized and said it was his fault and he should have called me in advance. Upon arriving back to the house we found it not to be very clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it that appeared to be dirty so we ran it. Some of the tables were sticky and had not been wiped down. The kitchen cookware was minimal at best and in very poor condition, which made cooking for my family of 7 difficult. Overall i was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property and the check in process was handled very poorly.
