"5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

"Upon arrival, we were greeted to a welcoming wave and smile by Kyle the property manager. Kyle was wonderful to work with over the phone and took care of booking issues promptly. We truly enjoyed our stay in Holderness. The unit itself was very cute and adequate for our stay. After many years of renting various homes, I have to say this was one of the best, well-supplied, clean homes in which we have stayed.
