"Very family friendly property, the park across the street was a hit for our grandkids"

"Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property!...

"This was a great homebase for our spring break to Kansas City. We loved that it was walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and parks, and the kids loved the hot tub. The property was clean and well appointed. We had to get in touch with the hosts a couple times, and they were very responsive and helpful. "

"While reasonably furnished and clean inside, the listing felt more like a 2 or 3-star property than advertised. The bedrooms are extremely small—you can't walk around the beds or fully open the closet doors. The front door lock (the only access point) does not reliably work. Additionally, the basement is only accessible through a dark, unlit staircase in the garage. Be aware that customer service for lost items is lacking: I left a shirt in the closet and realized it an hour after checkout....

"Make sure to go in the hammock in Endor room. The kids loved it. My daughter said the cups are pretty and that you should bring your own lightsaber to protect yourself. She also said the lanterns in the bunk beds were cool. The chess board was super fun. No notes. The house was great. Super comfy beds. Fun decor. Would stay again."
