We did notice a smell during our stay, which we communicated to the property owner, and they were responsive. It didn’t take away too much from an otherwise enjoyable experience. "I have been very lucky to do a lot of traveling around the world. This property is by far the best place I have ever stayed. It has been decorated with such care and it is so charming. "Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property!...
