"Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!"

"We loved this spot! Loved being on the water and the apartment was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The dock was a favorite feature - a fantastic place to watch the sunset over the water. Our dogs also loved it and we are always so grateful for rentals that allow our furry family members! The space did have a bit of a musty scent fyi for those that are sensitive, but it didn't really bother us. We would recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic! Location is quiet and safe, easy to get to the beach. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival and the property manager was responsive & helpful and resolved them immediately. Everything was just as described!"

"This is a beautiful home and a great location! We appreciate the opportunity to stay there. One suggestion we would make, is to perhaps put blinds in the loft where the children sleep. Our little ones, four and six, had trouble going to sleep due to the lights from the nearby businesses. They also woke up early because the room was light by 7 AM. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay there!"

"It’s a stunning home in a great location! My favorite brand for kitchen appliances is Bosch and they have them there. The kitchen is well-equipped with pans, pots, plates, and silverware. The home is spacious and offered everything we needed. Enjoy parking space for cars and golf cart. Be aware when they say check-in is at 4:00pm, they mean 4:00pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4 and the code didn’t work. I called them and found out that the code was set for 4:00pm and not 3:50pm. "

"Loved this beach house! My teenager loved the more private room on the ground floor. This feels like a home away from home. All the eclectic decor outside was charming. Peaceful. Plenty of spaces to spread out and just have some quiet time to yourself. Super easy walk to the beach and right at public beach access. Bed was comfortable. Everything we needed was there and we felt very nestled in and secluded. Seems this may be an older house that was updated perfectly - job well done. My ONLY...

"We enjoyed our stay hear. Unfortunately the weather was not very good for our stay but we can't blame anyone but mother nature. The couch could use an upgrade as it wasn't very comfortable. If the weather had been nicer we wouldn't have used it as much. We thought the place was right on the beach. It's only across the street but I thought it was right on. Overall it was a nice place."
