"My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

"The decor was innovative and creative, in pristine condition with thoughtfulness to added amenities such as plush terry bath robes, a gas burning fireplace. Walking distance (hilly, 20 minutes) to shops and restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was a cute condo in a great spot! Close to the beach with lots of beach gear, and a cafe/bakery around the corner. We loved the patio too. Only complaint: the place wasn’t super clean when we checked in. I think there must have been a birthday or something that stayed before us because there was glitter and pizza crusts that the vacuum must have missed. Otherwise, communication and checking in/out was so easy. We loved this spot."

"We had such a great time staying at this place in Newport Beach! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Natalie was super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Newport!"

"Very nice one bedroom unit with kitchen and comfortable sitting area. We found the location to be particularly convenient to walking down to Dana Point coffee shops/ restaurants. Checkin/out very easy, its situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We will definatly have this in rotation for future visits."
