The room floor was terribly damaged to the point it scratched a pair of shoes just by walking on it. The A/C wouldn’t work in any of the 2 rooms we had (had 2 oceanfront suites) and the maintenance crew had to keep on coming to fix it. "There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one.
