"Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival and lovely to speak to throughout our short stay. The hotel is immaculately kept and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious (family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for our 2 children was a dream for them) and had great amenities. Bathroom was clean and basic toiletries were supplied along with shaving and dental kits. Enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommned."

"Great views from the bedroom towards the sea (apart from the infamous Shanklin lift shaft). Sun rise while lying in bed was fantastic to see. Staff were great and the food was good. Although some areas were a little worn and could do with a bit of TLC, it was very clean and tidy."

"The staff were really lovely, easy check in and easy check out.
But, the bathroom had toothpaste marks all over the sink, glass shelf and mirror.
The temperature of the shower was either really hot or really cold, you couldn’t change it manually. The hair dryer in the room didn’t work at all. The big bathroom light didn’t work, only a small one above the mirror when you used the shower you could hardly see what you were doing."
