"A very lovely, friendly and comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly. Restaurant food was great. À la carte breakfast was also very good but there was no fruit offered which I was disappointed with. Times were also a little tight from breakfast, dinner, room cleaning and checkout but it was a small hotel so this is understandable. I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou."

"Very spacious and clean single room. Equipped with fridge and a fan which were both very welcome on the extremely warm conditions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing full refurbishment by dedicated owners. Extremely good value for money also."

"Yelf's Hotel is right in the heart of Ryde, 1st impressions are the whole place needs a refit on the inside and painting and maintenance on the outside, freyed carpets on the landings, poor decor once inside the room, ripped nets, very dated carpet only one opening window out of 3 in the bedroom, very worn out bath, shower button on the taps not staying up, rotten away tables at the back in the courtyard sorry but this is not a 3 star hotel, only saving grace was all the staff we met were lovely"

"Excellent small cottage on a quiet area close to the beach. The host was very kind and organised. Lovely details left for us in the house too, which we appreciated. Everything was very clean and bed super comfy. Would definitely recommend! Thank you"

"What a lovely place to stay, the location was great with parking nearby. Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs. The lovely continental breakfast and fresh coffee was a real treat."

"No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub."
