"Staff were very welcoming and communicated effectively. Room was super clean cozy and lovely. My only issue is that during check in i was told i can order breakfast for a certain price but the following day when i wanted to order, they told me they were not doing breakfast because nobody else asked for breakfast, i didn't understand that since i was paying for it but either way i was able to get breakfast at the warung next door which had amazing food."

"We stayed at NYUH Gading Hill for 2 nights and wish our stay was longer. Our room was clean, had the required essentials, shower worked well (good water pressure and temperature). We did note some ants in the bathroom on the last day, but this was quite common amongst several places we stayed in Bali so didn't think too much of it. We were dissapointed to discover that the property did not have twin beds for our adult children but Lisa did her best to solve this for us when it was not her problem. "Su Casa was just right for me. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what I needed (the aircon was very appreciated), the pool and outdoor area were lovely. I also really appreciated being able to organise my airport/boat transfer all in one go too. My only criticism is that the water pressure in the shower was slightly lacking, but I get the feeling this isn't unusual for the island."

"Lille hotel med søde og hjælpsomme medarbejdere. Hotellet var lille og intimt, men poolområdet og pool blev ikke holdet. Poolen var uklar og beskidt. Men vi fandt heldigvis en dejlig Beach club nede ved stranden hvor maden også var god. Bruseren virkede ikke og håndvasken var utæt men straks vi sagde det gik personalet med og fik det fikset."
