"The staff were lovely, helpful and very accommodating for all our needs. The place was tended to twice a day, the fridge stocked which was also very handy and cheap. The only downfall was there was no conditioner and the tv was only downstairs so we brought it up to the room for our stay. It was a gorgeous spot with the most amazing view to wake up to. One of the best restaurants was right across the road!! Thanks again, it was wonderful"

"Bra scooter att hyra billigt. Lite textfel i annonseringen, eller hur man vill beskriva det. Det var bara en pool på bilden, men det stod att det fanns 12st. Det stod även att det fanns tvättservice, vilket inte heller stämde. Wifi:t funkade dåligt. Det vara några strömavbrott (vilket kanske var bara denna dag) men efter det gick det knappt att ladda telefonerna. Trevlig personal, men sammantaget finns det bättre och mer prisvärda hotell. "

"Excellent property, perfect, however a lot of building work surrounds property currently, working long hours, there was also a local bar with karaoke late into night one evening, we unfortunately had noisy neighbours in adjacent building playing loud awful music - that was unfortunate. "This hotel is brand new, very clean, and overall a really nice place to stay. The rooms feel modern and comfortable, and it’s conveniently located just a short walk from the beach. The breakfast is genuinely very good — much better than many other places we’ve stayed — and the pool area is also lovely, perfect for relaxing. However, accessing Kuta Town Center from here isn’t the easiest, as it’s not as directly connected as other locations. Also, the entrance to the hotel is a bit dodgy, since it’s located deep inside a shopping centre, which can feel confusing and not very welcoming when you first arrive. Overall, the hotel itself is excellent, with great facilities and a very nice atmosphere — it’s just the access and surroundings that could be improved."
