"A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food."

"It’s a beautiful place but very inconvenient to get around especially staying at Villa. Our villa was so far from the beach. Our first night there was too much mosquitoes and bed was itchy until we asked them to change all bedding a few nights later. The villa was a very good size but not as well kept as I have liked. We got food poisoning from either the cups or the juices that we drink during breakfast buffet. Lots of their guests do not have food manners use hands instead of tongs."

"Nice hotel close to the best part of the beach. Booked a sea view suite which was lovely with a beautiful bathroom. Fantastic restaurant opposite the hotel just cross the road. Can have a nice bottle of wine 4 beers and a great meal for two for under 15 pound. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"3度目の宿泊です。部屋は27階、最上階のオーシャンビュー。 今回 のトラブルは部屋に入ってすぐにエアコンが調整できないこと、最終的に 電気技師さんが入って コントローラーを交換し無事に エアコンが調整できるようになりました。 清潔な客室については カーペットのシミが気になりました。 朝食がとても美味しいのがこのホテルの良いところです。宿泊客が多いので ７時頃から食事会場はとても混みます。 ホテルスタッフも覚えていてくれる人が何人かとても嬉しく思いました。 今回お世話になった ツアーデスクの女性にも大変お世話になり 日本旅行に行った彼女とは話が弾みました。"

"Room was clean however entrance lounge area smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and most staff did not greet guests on arrival back to hotel let alone make eye contact. I also asked staff about how to get to Hon Tam island and they were not helpful. Also really loud music in evening from restaurants on the strip can be heard in room and stops around midnight. There was one member of staff who was amazing, friendly and so so so great and her name was Kieu"

"The view from our room was amazing, loved it. This is a very busy hotel and a crowded, noisy entrance/reception. Being a high rise with 6 or so elevators they can be crowded and take a while with a lot of stops. There is a sailing club across the road on the beach that plays very loud music late into the night/morning which affected us as we were at the beachfront side of the hotel. The staff were great and when we talked to reception about the sailing club noise, they did give us an option to...

"El hotel es una maravilla para el precio que tiene. Las habitaciones con vistas al mar son espectaculares, comodas, espaciosas y limpias. El personal es muy atento y agradable. Además se preocuparon porque todo estuviese perfecto en perfecto estado. La playa está a una manzana y la piscina de las planta 20 tiene unas bonitas vistas sobre el paseo marítimo. El hotel es muy céntrico y no se puede pedir nada más por el precio que tiene. Joya!"

"False advertising! Booked a "Superior" room but got a windowless, stuffy cell. Totally different from photos. Staff just said "this is our standard" and ignored my request to speak to a supervisor. not profession and rude. "

"Room and overall ok, not fantastic. Some staff very welcoming and nice whilst others not attentive or polite at all, with varying English. Not bad, just not great. Gym quite lackluster, but at least a barbell and 6x5kg plates."

"Todella Siistit huoneet, allas alue ym. Meillä Aamiainen kuulu hintaan, ihan ok. Yllätyksenä tuli että sieltä ei saanut mitään päivän aikana tilattua eli ei juomaa eikä syötävää. Kauppa vähän matkan päässä mikä oli hyvä. Muutama hassu muiden majoituspaikkojen rukapaikka tarjolla. Spaata ei ollut olemassakaan mikä oli todella suuri pettymys. Ranta oli ihan kiva, mutta sielläkään ei ollut myynnissä mitään. Todella rauhallinen paikka. "

Everything exceeded our expectations and the customer service was friendly, responsive & genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. The only thing we thought was the food service setups for the hot food could use more space to allow room to set the plate down while getting food to avoid spilling and potentially a safety hazard like burns.
