En revanche, le service est pas loin d’être catastrophique, le personnel a un niveau d’anglais proche du néant, pour un 5 étoile et une chaîne internationale, c’est pas acceptable. même en appuyant sur le bouton demandant le ménage lorsque nous rentrons en fin de journée celui ci n’est parfois pas fait, ils ne changent pas le savon quand il est vide c’est à nous de réclamer, pour le service au restaurant...

"Everything was terrible. The towels, bed sheets, and linens were not properly cleaned. There was a strong musty smell, and the room was damp and dusty everywhere. I even found ants crawling on the bed. I asked the front desk if I could pay extra to upgrade to a better room, but the replacement room was just as bad. The hygiene standards were completely unacceptable, and this was a very disappointing experience."
