The room was clean, spacious, quite, cool and attractive.
The surrounding area has everything you could want, while being a large block away from main tourist area, and so is more authentically Vietnamese.
The beach is wonderful.

"Staying at this hotel feels like staying in an stylish European hotel..Room was awesome, service too. But couple of things ruined the overall experience :
- Breakfast is seriously lacking. Nothing luxurious about it. Had much better breakfasts at hostels.
Given the price they charge I would expect a much better breakfast.
- There is a super weird daily wake up recorded sound blasting the speakers at 5.30 AM for 30 minutes outside the building. We asked about it and seems it is a government...
"Right across the beach! Nice spacious lobby and room. I got a suite with separate living room it was worth it, big comfy bed, good bathtub and shower pressure was great. One balcony opens, next door has a delicious Resto with Aunty face on the menu, better to dine in at lunchtime when everything is fresh, convenient store is close. Downside was Breakfast was not the greatest, lots of Viet carbs and cold salads and food should be a bit warmer. Also the hallways and towels all smell of strong...
"I've been several times to Da Nang and stayed in all sorts of hotels / Airbnb. This is by far the best place I've experienced. My room was very large, with 2 huge windows that provide plenty of natural light and a cute balcony overseeing a calm street. I noticed right away how clean the apartment was. "The staff here are great. Especially Tracy at the front desk. There are good places to eat nearby and a very inexpensive, but legitimate massage soa across the street that is also very clean and doesn't try to push any "extras"... All in all it was a great experience and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for a comfortable, inexpensive place "

"Perfecto! Vista frontal a la playa, habitación cómoda, espaciosa. Solo que la cama king no es un colchón completo sino dos juntos pero muy cómodas las almohadas y sábanas.
