"Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar."

"Ik kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen. Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. "

"For a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well! Basic but nice breakfast. Indonesian food and bread/toast with spreads."

"The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor.
