"The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Restaurant food is very good. Many choices for breakfast. Great amenities with an onsite swimming pool, great for families and only a short walk to fabulous beach. Would definitely recommend St Moritz Hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Cornwall."

"I’d read bad reviews after booking so I was very worried. But we got a basic, decent chalet in a good location. It was quiet and safe. It needs a deep clean, mould on curtains, and cobwebs everywhere, but everything else was very clean. It was fine for the price we paid. Sykes cottages manage this chalet, but it’s Atlantic Bays reception, and they won’t know anything about your booking. "The staff were all incredibly cheery and helpful. The food was excellent (coleslaw to die for!). The local beer, Hicks, was a good temperature. Fantastically cheap breakfast of anything! Dogs welcome in any room. England World Cup game was televised but the supporters were put in a large TV room away from the residents."

"We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

"Very polite staff but the property is very tired and not well maintained with 1 room not having any soap and beds be stored in the open at the stairwell. The rooms both needed a deep hoover around the edges. Parking is also very expensive at £10 a night with no guarantee of keeping the spot if you leave. The pictures of the rooms are not representative of the rooms received "
