At check in time. The clerk charged us an extra $ 25.00 for no apparent reason, just because the Hotel wants and can do it. Supposedly it wil be returned automatically after checking out, which did not occured. We have to wait 3 or 4 days for this to happen. That is a hidden charge that was not disclosed at reservation time not even by Expedia. It is very disappointing

Excellent hotel. Great location - short walk along the beach to downtown. Brilliant pools and hot top. We had balcony sea view. Really nice to sit out at night and look up at the stars. The only feedback I would give the hotel concerns breakfast. It could be more varied - sausage and egg everyday for a four day stay is a bit much. Otherwise, excellent hotel. Would stay again and would recommend.

Check in is at 4P . I drove from La to relax there knowing my room should be ready . 4P is already late. But anyway , went there around 330P they said I was early , I’m like ok… at 405 I went back to the front desk and they told me room wasn’t ready … I just nod and asked them what’s going on. 438 P they check me in. That is very unfavorable.

Property was nice staff blamed me for hot water situation said it wasn’t an issue but friends had same issue two buildings over they had to unlock decent hot water said they would give a credit never did it def not was warm not hot they locked off showers otherwise would have been 5 stars the way it was handled not the best staff was friendly but no follow through and seemed to blame me

Rooms can use some up keep minimal things like floors were separating and hooks were broken. There were also two roaches in our room. But over all it’s a beautiful hotel and stay staff was supper friendly and helpful!

The access to beach and overlooks was nice as well as the fire pits. The pool area was ok but smaller than what I thought it would be so disappointing as I am a swimmer.

Property and room are clean, enjoyed the hot tubs (3 of them including adult one), have beach access and the rocks are very pretty, comes with continental breakfast and it decent with the usual scramble eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, fruits, free coffee/tea all day. Kids like the free cookies in the afternoon. : ) Walkable to downtown and Pisma Beach pier about quarter mile or 15min walk.

We appreciated the friendly employees. We asked for adjustments with our check in reservation and the front desk was willing to accommodate us. The grounds, pool area and breakfast was astounding. We will be returning again soon.

The same complaint as other guests, sink water pressure. We do realize water conservation but pressure nonexistent was a little though. Everything else was great.

The place was clean, well kept up. There were a lot of tables and comfy outside furniture, which was wonderful. Even though it was crowded certain parts of the day, there were always spots to sit and relax. Lots of room, walkways, so it never felt too overcrowded, uncomfortable. It was such a wonderful place to stay, so with the 2 negatives or frustrations that drove us crazy, they stood out. **The ocean view rooms.... -When you want to lay down in the evening and listen to the ocean, and late into the darkness all you here are the cornhole bags hitting the boards. -The shutters are not a good idea on the sliding glass doors. Maybe if the track went further over, like the barn door sliders, to clear the windows? You could not get a full beautiful view; it was more like a single French door. **So, if we would have gotten a standard room, there wouldn't have been an issue. When we have a couple's trip, no kids, we want the beautiful calm peace of the ocean.
