My first impression of the unit when we entered was how clean it was. It’s a compact unit, but it has everything that you need. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and pull out so far and half bath downstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. And the patio area was also nice to enjoy sitting outside. Overall, I would definitely recommend this unit. Location was also amazing within Steps. You are on the sand and the boardwalk.

Clean accommodations, great location.

Everything was as described. Place was clean. Plenty of amenities. Far enough away from the noise and congestion but still close enough to walk everywhere. The parking situation was convenient as well.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this cozy, relaxing condo, just a few doors down from the beautiful Pismo main beach, boardwalk & pier. The condo was sparkling clean, comfy beds, charming patio right off the well stocked kitchen, very quiet and private being the very end unit, with your own covered 2 car carport. Will definately book again.

great location

This property is within easy walking distance to the beach and pier. It's very quiet, set off from the street. Nice amenities and fully stocked kitchen. Management very responsive. Told them coffee maker didn't work and they brought out a new one that very day....awesome!

Great location

The property was a very short walk to the beach and the pier. Very convenient access to restaurants. The only drawback was that the people that were renting the unit next door were noisy and were smoking weed. Their teens were laying out on towels right outside our front door.

Perfect Location!

This place was so clean and modern. It was 5 doors from the beach and the covered parking spot was a plus. We also enjoyed the back patio table for breakfast and being able to put beach gear in the backyard. It was so quiet since it was a two story condo and not having anyone above us. This unit was set back away from the street so we didn’t hear traffic noise. We’ll definitely try to stay in this condo again.

Very Cozy

We loved this cozy condo. The location was great and the parking great too. You can walk to everything. I am taking the time to write a review to reflect back that for the price paid I expected a notch above on a couple details. 1) Please provide beach chairs, and other beach necessities. 2) Please provide creamer for the coffee. When a guest arrives late, we can't get to the store for basics. 3) Flashlights for power outages. 4) The TV was very confusing to power on. Thank you in general. Just a couple things to help the next guests' stay even better.

Fantastic stay!

This property was one of our best yet through VRBO. Property management was responsive and very helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and very well stocked. About a minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. The back patio with the grill was and added plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a few steps down the beach

A cozy little place to stay. Very clean and provided with abundant towels. Kitchen are stocked with needed items. There was a little “hiccup” in communication prior to arrival. You should call them directly instead of contact through vbro chat. LOVE the fact that they have dedicated parking spaces for the place! Will rent again if visiting Pismo again in the future.

Great Location

The unit is a bit small but the perfect size for our family of four. When we first walked in we were immediately aware that the property was definitely clean (smelled amazing!) which made me at ease!!!! The property is in the best location. We were able to walk back from the beach within minutes and having the young kids it was great for bathroom trips! Close to shops and dining. The kids didn’t want to leave. We had a great time. Only thing I’d be concerned about is in the hotter months not having air conditioning.
