Warm and cozy cabin

The Partridge Nest is a great place to stay while near Brevard. It’s close to town, yet secluded enough to be peaceful.

Wonderful getaway!

The Partridge Nest is a special place to getaway with loved ones. The cabin is "one of a kind". The hosts are wonderful too!

Family Reunion

We had a WONDERFUL stay with Charles and Jean! Their cottage in the woods is so private, cute and perfectly decorated! We loved the screened in porch with a view of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

The Partridge Nest

We had a very enjoyable stay. The cabin was very cozy and well maintained and decorated with many antiques throughout. We will definitely stay there again. The owners were very nice and accommodating and gave very good details of a variety of things like locking the door a certain way. Thank you for opening your sweet cabin to us.

We will definitely stay here again. We have been coming to Brevard for a couple of years but branched out to stay in a house this time. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. The house was a home that was well stocked and comfortable. It provided anything we could ask for.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This cabin was a wonderful find! It has everything you need and then some! We really enjoyed the mountain views from the porch swing, watching the light change the shapes of the mountains as the sun set. It's close to Brevard and great hiking. We are already planning a return trip!

Great location.

If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, look no further. With all the comforts of home. Conveniently located near Brevard and other activities nearby you can’t go wrong with choosing this property for your stay. The host was very helpful with answering any of my questions and helping make my stay that more of a pleasure.

Delightful Mountain Hideaway

Loved our girl’s weekend at this delightful mountain home. The owners have taken great care in giving this mountain retreat a vintage cabin vibe with all of the comforts of home. Screened porch is pretty with a view of the mountains. The owners were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Totally peaceful!

We arrived late night in the rain to this sweet home with all kinds of charm. It is very comfy and cozy and decorated in a classy but rustic style. Wish we could have stayed longer but we will return! Don’t delay, book this private gem of a spot as your home base to explore Brevard and the mountains.

Far away but close to town.

The house was tucked away so much so that you felt that you were in the middle of nowhere, but really only a few minutes away from town. Enjoyed the house because of the rustic feel to it and overall layout. Will definitely book again.

Our stay was everything promised and more. The house was secluded and quiet yet only a short distance from town so you had the best of both worlds. Charlie and Jean were very quick to respond to any questions we had. I appreciated their help with directions and local information. This was my first time booking a VRBO and I was very pleased. I would definitely stay here again.

Mom and Daughters Weekend Away

We were all meeting up to celebrate our Mother’s birthday and have a quick relaxing get away. The cabin was exactly what we needed and were hoping for! As soon as we walked in we loved all the details and charm of a cabin that somehow made you feel like you were home. Close to Brevard and all of the great trails to hike. We are already looking forward to a return visit. The owners were so nice and welcoming. The perfect place for a mountain trip!

Thanksgiving

We decided to keep Thanksgiving simple this year, pack a cooler with all the fixins’ and head to the mountains for 5 days. We chose this cabin and are glad we did. It’s a peaceful and quiet location that’s not too far from town as well as the trails we love. Our kids loved it as well and were pretty bummed when it was time to go. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful cabin in the woods with a mountain view.

This cabin was simply wonderful. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The cabin was beautifully decorated with a rustic flare. The mountain views from the screen porch on the back of the house were stunning. The owner was extremely helpful with making sure we knew where things were in the cabin and initially with our reservation. I have rented quite a few cabins in the Western NC area. This cabin has been my favorite so far. We would definitely stay there again.

Our Annual Cabin Getaway!

We've been coming to this beautiful cabin for several years. The owners, Charlie and Jean, have built an incredible rustic place. The interior design is amazing and creative. We haven't seen anything better. It's our perfect getaway place. The wood-burning fireplace and back porch is great. We don't have a single complaint. We'll be back every year!

Arrive in daylight

The driveway is steep, and has a sharp turn, arrive before dark if at all possible. Kitchen, living room and Porch are all great.
