"This historic B&B has such charm, especially when you enter the building. It is in the country, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is located about a 10 minute drive to New Hope. The breakfast is wonderful. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of issues in our room and they were taken care of within minutes of informing them. If the B&B isn’t busy, you can park close to the building, otherwise, the parking is up an incline and away from the building. "

"I fell in love with this beautiful farm, its miniature horses, sheep, Poe the goat, the beautiful landscape, the privacy from the road, & the location to Peddler's Village, New Hope, and Doylestown. Sitting on the porch rockers in the evening was so relaxing despite the cold temps outside.
Jeff, the owner was a superb host, and his breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day as well as to meet the other guests for some wonderful conversations.
Honestly, it felt like a home away from home...

"We recently stayed at Chimney Hill Estates in Pennsylvania and it was nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beauty, peace, and the kind of charm that instantly makes you feel at home while still feeling like a luxury retreat.
