"Houseboat was incredible! Trust the GPS directions provided as we arrived later in the afternoon and it was getting dark. If you are not from the area you could get a little lost. Look for the Seaplanes and you are good!! Houseboat is right off the Mill Valley/Sausalito bike path. We rode our e-bikes EVERYWHERE and it was the best. The accommodations are amazing and we were so happy! Highly recommend!!"

"This little place is well equipped, designed with flare, and extremely cozy! A great relaxing landing place for exploring the area. I was immediately soothed upon entry: mood lighting and a spa-like atmosphere were just what I needed. Little touches like coffee and snacks, along with the unique jetted shower, make for a really relaxing environment. Also, the hosts provided very thorough recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. A great find in San Rafael!"

"BEWARE! A fully grown, bearded man walked down the stairs of this house pulled out his "manhood", PEED at the bottom of the stairs and went right back up the stairs and into the house. This happened before we even got to utilize this property. When I told the owner about it and requested a refund, her response was "I’m so sorry for the inconvenience...but I’m not able to offer a refund".
