When we checked in, it was very clear this room had not been cleaned in quite a while. Soooo much dust everywhere, floors were nasty, used toothpick found on bathroom counter. The tub in the quest bath is cracked in the bottom, and the tub faucet drips. We couldn’t see out the sliding glass doors for all the sticky handprints! And, sooo much animal hair everywhere. We called Aunt Bugs, and they sent someone out, right away. She cleaned for over an hour, just to get it acceptable. When we went to bed that night, we found the bedspread to have a huge brown smear, that looked like poop on the underside! Gross….also, the top sheet was torn and the bottom sheet doesn’t stay on the bed! Just felt gross the whole time we were there. Definitely will not be staying in this unit again. Needs a really good deep clean, curtains washed, and bedding updated for sure. Needs a new sofa as this one is totally worn out.
