"The pictures were accurate, the condo was clean and well maintained. The only issues were small and did not effect our stay at all. We had a light that flickered in the guest bathroom above the mirror and some of the wall outlets were just worn out and the cords were loose and almost falling out. These issues did not effect our stay and I know the condo mgrs will fix these in a timely manor. The condo managers were easy to communicate with, were very personable and responded quickly. "Condo was absolutely fantastic. It was stocked with everything we needed and clean. The location was perfect. We were so close to the parkway and the Island. Communication with Jennifer before and during our stay was above expectations. We did not have any issues during our stay that required attention. After our stay, I reached out to offer suggestions but did not hear back. We would definitely stay here again!!!"

"We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was sparkling clean and had all the items needed for cooking. It was tastefully decorated and located conveniently to area attractions. We were sorry it didn’t have a grill as we like to grill at least one meal while on vacation. It did have a grill at the bottom of the hill for the resort but who wants to carry all your food back and forth? Overall it was a great trip!"

"The room was very spacious for our family of 7. The rooms were all great size and the beds were all comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host replies very quickly and was very accommodating. Will definitely be booking again!"

"Lots of positives but a few things to work on. Location is perfect for exploring Dollywood and Pigeon Forge area. The home was very clean and easy to find and check in. Living room is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a nice view of the mountains. Two things that need addressing are the Jacuzzi tub and the master bed. The tub did not have a working plug and we had to rig our own to be able to enjoy it. The master bed needs better support and mattress. We ended up...

"Very nice condo, easily accessed, roomy. The only thing we wished was easier access to outdoor pool(we have a daughter in wheelchair) and carts for taking luggage to door. Thank you for wonderful vacation. We ALL agree that we will greatly miss the balcony with the tremendous view!"
