    Weekend getaway

    Very nice place. Everything we needed for 3 adults and 5 young children. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

    Excellent location, very nice swimming and recreation area

    Stayed 1st week of Oct. Traffic wasn't bad until weekend. Beautiful view from condo. Quiet area.

    Nice but noisy

    We stayed during Rod Run in Pigeon Forge which was very noisy in itself but the property was excellent. The lock on our door kept jamming and it was difficult to get in most times but that view from our balcony made up for that for sure. I would recommend this property definitely.

    Great for a short stay

    The condo itself could use a good deep clean. Great for a short stay. If staying longer the unit could be a bit better outfitted with some basic kitchen staples. Pricing was very resasonable and location was fantastic!!

    Nice place m. Remote didn’t work had to manually change. Could use more updated channels: channels 40 years old plus. More pots and pans, dishes and bowls Otherwise, a nice place.

    Quick Summer trip

    Condo was overall decent. Needs to be updated and some repairs done. Had to improvise curtains in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms since the kids go to bed before dark. Showers weren’t the cleanest but the rest of the condo was fine. Beds were quite comfy

    Needs updating and maintenance. Primary bathroom door would not stay closed. Main entry door had to be bolted or it would blow open. ( not latching properly) Slight musty smell.

    Pigeon Forge Weekend

    This was our first time booking a condo rather than a hotel and the overall experience was very good. The property owner did an excellence job of keeping us informed and the check-in process was flawless. Location of the property was very good and easy to access. The general property was well maintained and clean. The unit itself was clean and stocked with the items listed in the description. As we generally do, upon arrival we went into each room taking pictures of the condition of things. We did notice in the first bedroom there was about a 3" round hole in the wall. Also, on the kitchen bar there was some type of device, loose and hanging by its wires. Other than these 2 items I can say, having stayed in hotels in the area, this property is above average and a very good value. Considering we would have had to book 2 hotel rooms for the number of people in our group.

    Great family condo

    Nice clean condo. 2 king bedroom s. 1 full size bed which did keep slipping off the frame. Mattresses weren't very comfortable though. Balcony was nice but disappointed that fireworks didn't start til June 18 the. Se we're there June 8-12th. The pool was great and nice and clean. Indoor pool had way too much chlorine that burnt the eyes. The hot tub was clean and nice and big but no jets that worked. Balcony was a nice size that held a rocker chair chase and my 2 chairs. The sofa couch mattress wasn't very comfortable but I don't know any sofa couch that is very comfortable lol. Would visit again. Thanks

    Great place

    Very nice place with easy walk to downtown area. Only two complaints are the lack of water pressure in the master shower and the garbage pick up at 4:54AM which was extremely loud.

    Mini vacation.

    Loved the location, thought the condo was roomy. Only suggestion would be a better cleaning service as the bath mat was dirty. The kitchen could have been better equipped but since we only heated water for tea and hot chocolate we were fine although if we'd decided to cook I'm not sure we would've had everything needed. Overall a great trip and a great place to stay.

    Nice downtown location close to shopping and Dollywood

    Condo was nice, clean, and roomy. Location is good if you're in Pigeon Forge for in-town activities. Right in the middle of town, though, so not secluded in the mountains if that's what you're after. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The only downside is there were limited dishes/silverware so we had to wash plates/cups/silverware to have enough at each meal for our family of five.

    Nice place to stay

    The unit was very clean with plenty of room for everyone. We had to purchase more towels as we only found 6. The only negative is the washing machine and dryer is extremely small. It’s hard to keep up washing the towels and we had to dry the small loads more than once. Other than that everything was perfect. We enjoyed being able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony.
