The cabin was lovely only a couple of things.Could not find all remotes to TV’s. 1 batteries were dead another one we finally found in between the sheets on the bunkbeds , which begs the question were the sheets cleaned! The air con did not work properly it would heat up the inside. This was due to only having one for such a big property so I was told. Pillows!!! Pillows should be fluffy and not a pancake. Anything can be forgiven if you have a comfortable good night sleep. We ended up at Walmart buying new pillows. The pool are definitely needs some TLC. Jacuzzi was warm and clean. The washer dryer was new but all the instructions and tubes were still inside. Should have been set up and ready to use. We should not have to remove tape, cardboard and instructions and warranty extra hoses and other pieces in order to use. The gas fireplace off posits is 50 and off on the dial is 10 minutes also smelled of gas when off. Foosball table unfortunately did not have a ball. In saying all that we still had a lovely time in pigeon forge enjoyed the cabin and all its amenities. Really liked the little welcome boxes in each bathroom and kitchen. Over all nice stay just needs some TLC and upkeep. Thank you

The view was beautiful our stay was great.. we where not happy that the washing machine didn’t work and was told it would be fixed but wasn’t .. also the couch’s and furniture in the front room was old dirty and uncomfortable needs replaced.. we also had no trash bags and needs more frying pans …the chairs in the theater where also very uncomfortable..

We chose this home for the view and it did not disappoint! Having stayed in Sherwood Forest resort many times, we knew what to expect- the indoor pool was great, the beds were sooo comfortable! This cabin was great all the way around!

Beautiful View but needs TLC

The cabin is in a great location, the views are beautiful. However, the inside needs alot of TLC. The photos do not match the actual appearance of the home. The pool in sinking which has caused alot of spacing between the pool and the tile floor which could cut fingers. There is a leak in one of the bathroom walls we noticed after the storm. The floor vents are either duck taped to the floor or coming out the floors. The railing on the back exterior is extremely loose and being that high that is very dangerous.

Mini Vacation

There were 6 of us who enjoyed this property. Wonderful view. Very clean and comfortable. Hot tub was excellent. Pool was a like cool for our taste but we are all older and we didn’t get a chance to use the movie room. But the property met all our expectations and we were very pleased.

Highland Plunge was nearly !

The view from the home and balconies is incomparable! We spent every moment (while on the property) staring and taking photos! Reaching attractions in Pigeon Forge was efficient. Squeaky clean! All appliances and amenities worked well. The home theatre and indoor swimming pool, while completely delightful to all of our grandchildren, could both use a bit of maintenance, which is understandable, due to humid environment. We would gladly come back again.

Christmas in the Smokies

Beautiful cabin with stunning views! Been to the Smoky Mountains many times but first time at Christmas with my children and grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again!

Property very nice and well appointed. The only suggestion I would make is to not request guests wash and put away dishese before departure. Most property managers request it this way.

Beautiful Views, Unusable Amenities

While this cabin is beautiful and provides breathtaking mountain views, the indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, and it unusable. The pool alarm hadn’t been disabled prior to our arrival, and there was no communication stating it needed to be disabled. The alarm went off when my husband and toddler were in it. It’s quite a loud, jarring alarm and it scared her. We contacted customer service and were told we needed to use a key to disable the alarm, however, the key was nowhere to be found. Someone came to disable it on the second day, but the alarm still went off at completely random times while in the pool. We gave up on it after that since my daughter was terrified of the alarm. We also had issues with the theater room, all of the accounts noted as being provided for streaming had been logged out, and customer service was unhelpful in resolving this. Other minor complaints: no storage space in any kitchen cupboards for food, 2 coffee machines available, but no coffee, k-cups, or filters provided, and there seems to be an ant problem. Overall, this was a beautiful spot in a great location with amazing views. If you’re not interested in the pool or theater room, you’ll be very happy here. It was just the main draw for us as something extra special for our young children to enjoy after exploring the area.
