Wasn't the best--wasn't the worst. Floors were not swept, kitchen table had dried food stuck to it. Had a smoke odor. No hair dryer. Lights around firepit did not work..so it was very dark to be outdoors in the evening.

The pool being under repairs the very time we was there was a bummer especially since we had 3 kids who were looking forward to swimming. The host did offer a small refund.

The townhome was very nice and a good shape. The issue was when we arrived very cold outside and the room itself was 44 when we went in there also the TV did not work once I called the host. He said they were aware and were ordering a new one and waiting for it to come in that evening. Found out the light plugs did not work in the kitchen. Sent him a message. Received a message in the morning so they’re going to send somebody out.Since we were staying with a pet and all of our stuff there, I specifically asked not to have anybody come out when we were not there to let me know and we’ll make arrangements to be thereWe’ve gone out the next day on an excursion came home, and there is a man in the kitchenThank God, our pet did not get out. She was terrified hiding up in one of the bedrooms shaking also apparently a maintenance man was in there before because the guy that was working on the plugs. Said the maintenance guy had already been there and that was an issue with the TV. Not that the TV was broke. The plugs were not working Like I said a townhome was nice. Parking was a little tight was mostly clean, but the issue was specifically asked three times not to have anybody come over without us being there was told that was no problem. They will contact us and coordinate with us that was not done. Thank God our small dog did not get out that would’ve been a huge problem.

Love the location, nice place, we had a great time! We wish the host were more responsive and helpful, we couldn’t use the microwave nor the coffee maker because the kitchen outlets had no power and we couldn’t get a solution from the host, the host acknowledged but no resolution.

Location was beautiful. The road in was step but in good condition. A few issues with house keeping. The dish washer was full of dirty dishes. The shower curtain had pink mold growing on it. No hand towels . Overall, plenty of room inside the unit. Stairs inside are steep so be aware if you have small kids or mobility issues. Also there is one parking spot available.

Samuel was an absolutely phenomenal host and answered all questions we had instantly. We had the absolute best time here and would stay here again! The condo was beautiful and right above Dollywood! Loved walking outside and hearing the screams from the roller coasters!

This is the perfect location to enjoy a warm fire, include your pet, and quickly get to Dollywood. It was a fully functioning home away from home in the smoky mountains. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, quiet and peaceful. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge but did not seem like being in town. Clean and comfortable townhome.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We were 5-10 minutes away from all of the attractions. The place was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us and my kids loved the bunk bed room! The host promptly resolved any issues and was readily available when needed. We would definitely stay here again!
