The unit was clean and and in a great, convenient location. Very comfy furniture in the living room which included a couple of really great recliners. It is mere minutes to The Island, a grocery store, and great restaurants. If you ever want to order anything online for a close & quick pickup to eat at the condo, I highly recommend Fat Bear Family Tavern. They're smashburgers are excellent!There is, however, one caveat about this unit. This unit has a fireplace, which is great for winter ambiance, but be aware that you have to reset the "ambiance" every 30 minutes. So be prepared to get up and down every 30 minutes to reset the timer on the fireplace. Hence, I deducted a star in my rating.One pleasant surprise was there was actually a Keurig in the kitchen which is not listed as one of the amenities.

We enjoyed our stay so much! We were in town to attend a wedding but spent the week enjoying the area. The condo was so nice! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the living room furniture was so comfortable for relaxing each night. We also enjoyed the balcony and the seating out there. The communication with the host was great! I had a question about something and he got right on it and took care of it so that I didn’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend this condo and would stay again.

My husband fell and broke his knee and had to have surgery and have a plate and screws placed in his knee..I understand the rules in place about insurance but due to the nature of his injury it was completely never expected!! We had every intention to go on this trip but this was way out of our control. Just frustrated about spending that much money and getting nothing back.. So no, the overall stay (experience) was not good.

Beautiful condo with great location

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Our family enjoyed spending time on the balcony and watching the ducks by the river behind the condo. The location can’t be beat. We were even able to walk to dinner one night. We will definitely be back!
