Good location and property very clean. Loved having all the bathrooms. Our family found the beds very firm and the pillows lacking but Marshall’s nearby and we just purchased several. Loved the hot tub, play area and having a washer and dryer. This is a good property for family groups.

Fall Family Getaway - Our family, 6 adults and 4 children, had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone!!! We love how each bedroom has its own bathroom. Very quiet neighborhood and love how close it is to Dollywood and other attractions. We would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again in the future!!!

The cabin was exactly as described. It was comfy and cozy and made it a very relaxing stay. It is a super convenient location that is not far from town. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. Communication with the property owner/ manager was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location for both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved this particular cabin as the hot tub and fire pit area were more private than some of the other cabins. Kids loved the shared small pool on property. The outside string lights wouldn't turn on for us, but we didn't end up using the area in the evening, so not a huge problem. Decently stocked kitchen. Would recommend bringing your own pillows, blankets and towels as there were not any extra. Only two towels per bathroom, which means you need to do laundry for longer stays or have several people. Otherwise, the cabin suited our needs for a multi-generation getaway.

Very roomy for our family. It was nice to have a bathroom associated with each bedroom. The bed pillows were very flat. This needs to be addressed. The coffee pot was a small only able to brew 6 cups at a time requiring multiple pots brewed each morning.

Family vacation

The description and photos of the cabin in the listing are very accurate. We loved the proximity of the cabin to so many attractions, restaurants and Great Smoky Mountains. Our 3 teenagers were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions, from the time of booking to checking out. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

House was very nice, kitchen well stocked, and very practical layout. Didn't spend much of our time here, but did manage to squeeze in one game night. Very convenient to Dollywood and great location to get anywhere in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Sevierville with the ability to go around the strip and avoid traffic if necessary.

The house was in a great location. It helped getting to attractions such as Dollywood, Pirate Dinner Show, The Island, etc very easy access. Grocery Store (Food City) very close and easy drive. The drive to the National Park and Cades Cove, very easy from the house. The house is great for big groups! We had three families in one house and we still had our own space to slip away to if we needed a break. We also had some more extended family members who rented in the same neighborhood and that was perfect. The things that my group noticed that could use some improvement... each bathroom needs to have four towels per bathroom, the floors do need to be cleaned a little better(seems like cleaning grew isnt changing out water as they mop throughout the house), also a big cooking pan would be a helpful kitchen tool. All we could find was a small pan. Make the door code just four digits, that would be a lot more convenient. I honestly didnt have time to memorize the 10 digit code. LOL! One last thing that i know cant be changed but big groups need to be aware of... the living room is on the small side. We had 7 adults and 2 kids in the house and the living space was tight with all of us in there hanging out. Just something to keep in mind. Overall I would stay at the house again in the future. My kids loved the hot tub and game room! We were already talking about our next trip back to Pigeon Forge. Thank you Justin for renting the house to us, we had an awesome time!

golf trip

beds were noisy. could not ise the gas grill or fireplace because they were out of propane. very inconvenient to have to go exchange tanks. had to cook in side. skillet was very small and you could only cook for one person at a time. we stayed for 4 days but was only left 2 trash bags for the inside. if you want to keep your place nice please leave enough supplies for people to be able to keep it clean.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a great getaway for 2 families to connect for the holiday. The cabin is cozy and fitting for our family of 8. The outdoor patio, fire pit and hot tub were a nice touch.
