Penny was truly an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay special.She paid attention to every detail and even personalized the cabin for my birthday - the TVs displayed “Happy Birthday,” and even the scrabble board downstairs had a birthday message. Those little touches meant so much and made the trip feel extra special for me and my friends/family.She was extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with the entire time. We had zero issues during our stay. The cabin was spotless and very well stocked with supplies, which made it easy to keep everything clean and comfortable.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking again. Highly recommend staying here!

We had the most wonderful stay! From start to finish, everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the communication with the host was exceptional. They were amazingly prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly, making us feel valued and well taken care of even before our arrival. Upon entering the property, we were blown away by its immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the hosts put a great deal of effort into maintaining a pristine environment, including a beautifully stocked and organized kitchen. It felt as though we were the first guests to ever set foot in the house. Furthermore, the thoughtful touches and amenities provided by the host made us feel so welcomed. From the welcome sign and basket of snacks on the counter, to the abundance of towels and toiletries available, we felt like every detail had been carefully considered. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The furnishings were of high quality, and the decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the beds were super comfortable. For the kids, the game room, pool and hot tub were so perfect. They never wanted to leave the house!! We are so grateful that this house was available to rent, and we will absolutely rent it again on our next visit to Pigeon Forge. If you are considering renting this house, book it now before someone else reserves it.

It was for my niece's 21st birthday with several of her girlfriends, the property was decorated with big 3feet HAPPY BIRTHDAY signs in the front lawn and inside balloons, banners and personal notes to make her feel special. It was absolutely wonderful.

First let me say I have been using VRBO for many many years and this rental is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. I found myself looking for dust, and there was none to be found. Stocked with anything we could possible need and plenty of it. It didn’t get us started, it was supplied in abundance. Penny immediately responded when we had questions and never made us feel like an inconvenience, so much so I want to know what other rentals they have available in possibly other cities. All the furniture was very high end for rentals from the outdoor furniture to the beds. They were so comfortable with great linens. I promise this will be the best cabin you could ever rent in the mountains. Lastly let me say the game room, indoor pool, and hot tub were fabulous a def plus especially for kids.

We had a beautiful stay. The layout of the cabin was amazing; great for families and friends to have space and plenty of amenities to enjoy. Entry was awesome and easy. Location was fantastic right off main strip in Pigeon Forge. The cabin had its on touch of class and personal touches. We loved seeing how the welcome sign had our name and the kids loved the bag of goodies! Cabin was clean and fully stocked for all our needs and more. Definitely felt like a home away from home. Only items that we felt needed adjusted was the bed/mattress we’re uncomfortable. One main sunk in the middle and had a weird firm but soft feel and upstairs, across from stairs bed was very firm.

Our family had a great time staying at Penny’s place. She asked ahead of time what we needed and provided that at extra during our stay. It made for the perfect place to stay at her home and celebrate Christmas with our family. The place had all the conveniences we needed, everything was styled so cute, and the heated pool was a bonus for our kids. Penny was super responsive. When we had issues, her and her team were quick to fix everything. We would 100% stay here again!

This was our favorite place we have ever stayed as a family. If you have children, this is the place to stay — they truly have everything you could possibly need. They make your stay incredibly comfortable, and you can tell they’ve thought of every detail.We’ve been visiting Tennessee for over 10 years, and this has been the easiest, most convenient place we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended whether you have kids or not. The game room, pool, hot tub, grill, and all the extra amenities are amazing. We will absolutely be back!10/10!!

WOW! We were beyond impressed with this property, we stay in pigeon forge a couple times a year and this was by far one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The host was great, I told her it was a trip for my grandmas birthday and she had the cutest set up waiting on her, the smile on her face set the trip as soon as we pulled up. The house is beautiful, you can tell they did not cut no corners when building this property and the host has the house well furnished, this is a perfect house for children with plenty to do! Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful vacation with two friends and our three teenage children. The cabin had the perfect amount of space for everybody to hang out together or to relax on their own. We had dinner there almost every night, and the kitchen was well appointed. There were a nice array of spices and vegetable oil provided. The beds were comfortable and the starter kits of toiletries in the bathroom was so nice. The owner also provided dishwasher detergent, as well as clothes washer detergent and dryer sheets. The owner took time to put together a basket of snacks for us, and we really appreciated that. It was very thoughtful.

My family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed here for a week. We absolutely loved the cabin. It's more like a luxury home. Everything is of the highest quality from the furnishings inside and out to the linens and everything in the kitchen. We loved the pool and game room. The location is perfect. Best Cabin in the Smokies

Our stay was fantastic. We come here multiple times a year and this is by far the cleanest and best cabin we have stayed in. Penny was fantastic to work with and any questions/issues we had were answered immediately. We have already started the booking process on this cabin again and I expect it to be our go to for years to come.
