Awesome place !

We had the best time and this condo was perfect for our family! Our kids each brought a friend, and the set up was exactly what we needed for the teens to have their own rooms and also have a big table and lots of comfy couches to hang out. Excellent location- minutes from everything. We hope to come back !

good location, lots of parking

nice size, lots of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. lots of parking available. did not have time to use the pool, so not sure about that. free tickets come in email from Xplorie, really easy to do. some of the linens were not clean, but for the most part everything else was clean and in working order.

Clean and convenient.

One thing I would say is the WiFi is horrible. We couldn’t stream Thursday-night football, my son couldn’t play games that required internet and I couldn’t look up the directions for departure in my email. Cell service was bad as well. Otherwise, a great stay.

Not what pictures showed

Property is run down and overpriced compared to condos in area. When contacted property management sorta ignored us. 1. Sofa bed was very dirty. About a cup of crumbs on mattress when open up. Mattress was only about two inches thick and no padding. Cushions were soiled. Only had one sheet and no pillows. 2. Both showers have mold growing on walls anPillows. Toilet seat in hall ba t h wasn't fasten down. 3. Place was very dusty. Furniture you could write your name on. Vents we're black from dirt. 4. Flooring is old and cracked. Especially at thresholds. 5. Walls are badly soiled. Entire place needs painted. Lighting is so bad. Lightbulb Wattage is very low in all rooms. Management appears to be trying to save a buck instead of making the place what it should be. 6. Bedding seems old. Sheets in one bedroom were stained? Were they cleaned? Sheets are very loose and don't really fit beds. 7. Another example of cheapness is the small bottle of shower gel and shampoo they give. Only for single use. There were five of us for three nights. How does that work? There's still more to this story. Compared to other property's in Pigeon Forge this one is on the very low side. Besides the terrible condition of condo the management service should look at its ethics. They made the condo seem great when it's very sub standard.

Great location

Overall, the stay was good. The listing agent was wonderful to work with when we had to push our original reservation back a week. The condo is right off of the main road in Pigeon Forge, which is extremely convenient. A couple of things to keep in mind. The cleaning could definitely be better. The shower floors have mold in the corners, and the floor of the showers are stained dirty. Also, the dust is everywhere (picture frames, tops of dresser, and really thick on the ceiling fans). The day after arriving (a Sunday) we messaged and called the management number because there weren’t any sheets for the pull out couch, and the toilet seat in the second bathroom was half hanging off. We were out that day, but when we came back we did have sheets. Unfortunately, the toilet seat never did get fixed. If you plan to need anything besides basic needs, including pool towels (although there are two pools and a hot tub there), be sure to bring your own. To be fair, they did send an email with the code to enter the condo, and in the email it did say they didn’t provide pool towels. I didn’t read all the way down (my fault), and just took for granted they would since there were so many water options there. It is a nice condo, just good to go prepared.

Great condo

We have stayed at Mountain View condo many times. The location is great for all activities and check in is very easy. We did have issues with televisions but it was handled quickly. The main pool and area was roped off but was able to use indoor pool. I would recommend Mountain View.

Problems

Rooms were not clean, not enough towels for bathrooms and kitchen. Couch and loveseat need to be replaced and had crumbs on the cushions. There were mouse droppings in the stove pan drawer. The kitchen sink was dirty. No mats for the shower floor, which were very slick and the bathroom floors were dirty. Other than that the stay was nice. Hope these comments are taken to be helpful as we did enjoy our stay.

Bathroom showers have a lot of mold...hair was all over the walls..

Bathroom showers were disgusting! Tried cleaning them but a lot of mold...also previews people that stayed there their hair was stuck to the shower walls.

Nice home away from hime

We loved the balcony view with singing birds every morning. Nice home. Clean and neat. The fees are not included in rental price. Once all the fees and taxes are included, the price is much more.
