Highly recommend this unit - very clean, good price, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view, very close to everything but didn't feel like it once inside. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the password didn't work for the Wi-Fi and this issue was not resolved during our stay, but everything else was wonderful. We are a family of six and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area in the future!

Great location and clean

Everything was great with the property. It was very clean, easy to check in and in a great location. Only complaint I have is the communication wasn’t great. It took them awhile to get back with me. Also, we were supposed to get a free attraction ticket foreach night we stayed but didn’t get the email until the last day.

Would highly recommend

The condo looked exactly like the photos! We were so pleased with our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. We only booked one night in the condo and two nights in a cabin and I was so unhappy with the cabin after staying here. I wanted to go back to the condo.

Was very relaxing and close to all shopping places and restaurants, perfect location, this was actually the 2nd time we stayed at that same place. Will definitely consider it again.

Great place to stay

Condo was very clean and just as advertised. Location was close to the Parkway and all the attractions. Plenty of room for me and the wife plus two 17 year old girls. Owner was quick to respond to my questions. The free tickets were a nice touch we hadn’t received before. Only issue during our stay was the pool. I assume it needed to be shocked. Pool was closed the night the girls wanted to swim. Other nights we got back too late. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place to stay.

Great place close to everything The only issue in the living room a tile is coming up and definitely needs attention. It's right where you go out to the balcony.The only other was the internet.In and out when trying to watch TV. We certainly will stay in the complex again.Beds slept great and we even got to watch the great fireworks.

Great Christmas stay

Loved the condo as we have in the past. Loved the Christmas decor especially the cute bear cub Christmas tree. I often feel like the cub on the top of the tree. It was all we expected and more. Will rent this condo again in the future. Would have given it a ten out of ten if that were possible. Thank you for helping us have a marvelous time on our trip.

This is a beautiful condo. It was clean and decorated for Christmas so beautifully. It was also close to a lot of things and had a beautiful view of the mountains.

Adorable Condo

First let me say that we (my 86 y/o mother and I loved the condo and would most definitely stay there again if was cleaned better. Great location, quiet comfortable and loved the decor. We felt very safe there. Now….We did walk into a dirty room. Apparently the housekeeping team wasn’t notified that it had been vacated. After contacting the management company they sent someone out to remove soiled linens and towels. We went to eat and came back about an hour later. They were leaving the room then. The next morning the owner called and said they wanted to treat myself and my mother to an attraction in town to make up for it. We really appreciated the gesture. We were worn out after an 8 hour drive and not too happy with the room at that point. I must say though that the cleaning team needs to do a better job. The rugs in the bathroom were dirty, hair around the bathroom floors and in the corners everywhere. Especially around the wall where the toilet brush was kept. Dust was all over the end tables and could see they just swiped, wiped and left. The bed spreads smelled like body order. They needed cleaned. We were going to wash them but the checkout rules said to not. The owner needs to hire a better cleaning company. Me being a clean freak was having a hard time, so we purchased cleaning supplies found a broom and did. We best we could. I want to stay there again sometime but hope the owner takes a close look at the cleaning people and their poor quality work.

Beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view from the balcony was beautiful and the amenities were great! Check in went smoothly. Loved being able to do our laundry in the unit. The weather rained most of the time we were there, but there was plenty to do in town, and there is an indoor pool at the condo, so the kids had fun swimming even with the rain. We didn't have any issues, so we didn't need to contact the hosts, but the home was clean and safe! Thank you for a great family vacation!

Fall break

The only thing bad was that we were duped into taking the time share tour because we had to go there to pick up our tickets, then my husband thought he was getting a discount on other attractions but realized it was a time share tour, which we did but they messed up our tickets and we spent a lot of time getting that straight
