The condo, the linens and the towels/washcloths could have been much better.There were four of us staying, all coffee drinkers and there were only two mugs which we contacted the host about this and the air filter for air unit had not been changed in a very long time. This was also reported the night we arrived and host said she would send maintenance man with mugs and filter. This never happened and we bought mugs to use.The kitchen floor was unclean and we had to sweep dining area.The cleaning service really needs to be improved.

Everything was great. The only thing that I would say negatively about the whole thing was the queen size bed… The mattress was very very poor. For an adult it’s borderline unusable. The other two beds were very nice so I thought that was kind of strange otherwise Everything was great.

Overall, it was okay. It was a pretty property

Upon arrival, we couldn't get in as the door code was not working. My toddlers had to use the bathroom & were almost in tears waiting to get in the room until I could get a response from the host to get this resolved. After 20-30 minutes and phone calls and messages to the Host and VRBO, we finally got in. I loved the layout of the room & room sizes were good. One room is very small & bed was probably the worst bed any of us had ever laid on. The mattress reminded me of the ones at JCPenny they use to display the comforters. The bed in the master was sufficient. The kitchen was a great size and so was the living area and a nice dining room table. I went to give my kids a bath in the master bath when I noticed mold in the tub. I assume this came from the faucet and I made the host aware with no response. I also noticed I was overcharged for the room so I had to spend hours on the phone with VRBO & the host to find out the issue. It pretty much ate up my whole afternoon and when asked for compensation for all these issues (I feel like even 25 would have been sufficient for not being able to get in the room, the mold and the hours spent on the phone addressing these issues would have shown some compassion) I was told I could leave the property ASAP and be refunded for the remainder of the stay. So be charged for the first night even after all the hours of crap I had to deal with. We left my husbands ipad so the host did allow us to go back in after checkout to get it.

This was an amazing property for me and my family. THere were 5 of us so there was plenty of room to accommodate us. Very clean and surprisingly quiet considering it is so close to the main road. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Place!

Stayed a couple nights with my family. Excellent location, clean, modern condo, indoor pool access, nice playground, walking trails. Bedrooms are perfect size, comfy beds. Definitely would stay again!

Fall Break quick trip

Quick trip for shopping with my daughters while on Fall Break from their first semester of college. Condo was as described and communication was good. Location close to mall and restaurants. Only issue was that it is ladybug season and there were a lot of them congregating in the condo. Nothing that could really be done and they didn’t pose any sort of threat to us.

Holiday getaway

Stayed at the condo over Thanksgiving and it was perfect for everything we needed. The door lock was a little tricky, but I had overlooked the specific instructions in the email that was sent. Then it was no problem. Great location and a great price for our family of 6.
