So dirty i didn't use it. The extra pillows in the closet had blood stains on it. Pull iut the garbage bag to take the garbage out the can was so nasty on the bottom. The bowls was dirty and wasn't clean, coffee pot was nasty. I don't know who cleans the units but they can do a better job. Dryer was making a loud noise when you dry your clothes.

Pretty good

Stayed for one night. Super spacious. Pull out bed on couch was broke and the sheets were stained. The fireplace was making a popping sound. We managed to get it to stop. Those were the only 2 negative things I have to say. Everything else was great. Communication was great. Would stay there again.

Great but a little dirty

The property was in a great location and seemed clean on the surface. As you looked around though we saw all the dishes were dirty and there were clumps of dust on the ceiling fans. There was also a scab in the bathroom. Two of the three bed were reported as uncomfortable and loud. That all being said, the check in process was smooth and the host was easily reachable. We enjoyed the ample space. Overall a great experience.

We made fall break plans months ago…and then Helene hit two days before our trip and we weren’t sure at the last second if we could physically drive to Pigeon Forge from upstate South Carolina. The host was very accommodating and offered to reschedule or refund if absolutely necessary and allowed additional last minute guests. They were very quick with maintenance when my niece locked everyone out of the bathroom. The condo was more spacious than it looked in pictures. The location was right off the parkway. We had a fantastic trip and will absolutely stay with them again in future.

A Great Family Vacation

When your small grandchildren tell you "Granny, we love our vacation" you know you have selected the correct place to stay. Clean and convenient ~ Great location ~ peaceful and quiet ~ with everything we needed for a wonderful time with our family. I love that we could fix some meals in our condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not be right on top of each other. My only thing that I wish would be for additional kitchen towels and dish cloths and a few more cooking utensils. But I absolutely loved the glider on our balcony!! The Grandbabies and I sat out on the balcony each night and rocked, drank hot chocolate and watched the deer play in the field at the walking track. A perfect 10 of 10 Family Vacation and we definitely will be back!!

Family trip 2023

Check-in was easy. Condo was equipped with almost everything we needed. Couldn't find pillow cases for the extra pillows, and the TV in the small bedroom was missing a cable so the kids were unable to watch tv. Other than that, everything was great. Close to the pool and good locationo. The parkway. Would definitely stay again.

Our Stay at Mountain View Condo

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this complex but 3 different condos. We really love the location. It is back off the busy street and away from the traffic noise but very easy to get to everything. All 3 of the condos we have stayed at have been great. The perfect sizes we needed for the number of people in our party. We will definitely stay here again

Just “ok”

Our stay was “ok,” - read the reviews here. The unit was very dirty, required maintenance that never got performed, and was really subpar for the price. There are several maintenance issues in the unit that pose risks to guests if left unresolved. The outdoor pool needs a deep cleaning and repair.
