The condo and grounds were beautiful. However, the condo needed a deep clean. There was dead bugs and dirt on the inside of the window seals. Broken blinds. Blood stain on the coverlet. Dirty spots on the sheets and covers. The bathroom shower mats look like they haven't been washed in years. Very dirty and flat. The top "clean* plate in the cabinet had dried food stuck to it. Holes in pillow cases. Kitchen cabinets had dried dirt. Inside the cabinets were filthy. Bed side tables were dirty with dried spills on them. I sent pics to the owner when I arrived. He said he would send the cleaning service the next day to take care of the mess. That night when we were turning down the beds is when we saw the bedding was dirty. Messaged owner. Didn't receive a response till the next day. No one ever came and brought fresh linens or cleaned anything. Me and the other guest had brought our own blankets, thankfully. I told the owner we would like a discount due to using our own linens. He said he would reimburse me if I had bought new linens and would leave them at the condo. Was I suppose to do the shopping for them? It was an inconvenience on us. I was very disappointed.

Relaxing get away

We were completely happy with the condo. It was close to everything yet felt secluded. Beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet. Kitchen was very well stocked. I will definitely be staying there again.

The condo is near all the attractions. Had a great time and the 3bd and 2 ba, was spacious for everyone to have their own space but had a great family room. The balcony was a great choice for morning coffee.

Good location; updates needed

Pros: Well-stocked kitchen, quiet, nice property, light filtering and light blocking window coverings, spacious, excellent communications, good HVAC, plenty of parking, quiet washer and dryer, close to Tesla Superchargers. Cons: Both Showers TOO SMALL (36x36), jacuzzi tub - holdover from the 70's - takes up 1/4 of the bathroom, master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, lamps need 100 watt bulbs instead of dim 40s and 60s.

Visiting with family

Lovely condo that provided space for us to visit with our daughter who lives nearby. The property was spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. The pool was nice. We unknowingly booked during a “rod run” car show weekend and traffic was unmanageable but that is not the norm. We were glad to have a nicely furnished place to hang out as a family. The owners are very responsive and went out of their way to check in on us.

Great location

We love the location of these condos! The condo was fairly clean but truly needs a deep clean. The floors would turn our feet black and there was a lot of dust on services. The air quit working on our last night there and the owner didn’t have any luck getting a company to come check it out so we had to spend the last night really hot.

My visit

Everything was great , check in was easy communication was fine, the location was great. There was plenty of room for six people. The only issue I had was with there housekeeping a little Dusty bathroom floors looks like it hadn't been mopped, found hair in three areas of the kitchen. A little extra cleaning I would stay again and the owners seem to be really nice.

Great location near everything

This property was very clean and convenient to Pigeon Forge. Spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here and did not want to leave! The indoor pool was great for our children to have some fun. Would recommend and stay here again.

Not the cleanest property. Mold in the bathroom around the shower and behind the toilet. Shower leaks and washer seal has mold on it, even though there is a sign on it stating leave the door open.

Perfect for friends and Family

Everything from location to cleanliness was perfect. Fantastic communication from the owner. Best and easiest experience we have had for a place to stay. Condo had Everything we needed and the beds were so comfy. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property. And the location can't be beat. I highly recommend this condo for anyone. I know we will rent again!!
