Family vacation to Sevierville

Beautiful place. Very nice accommodations. We had only one small issue and it was resolved the next day/noonish by maintenance person. Only negative was denial of our request on last morning for one hour extension for check out -to enjoy coffee on the deck. We plan to return together to the same place.

Beautiful and roomy but bed situation was not accurate. Sofa bed is broken and very thin mattress on second sofa bed. So the property has 4 king beds. Which will sleep 8 not 12. And they provided no linen for these beds. Finally replied to request on Saturday afternoon.

Small Family Christmas gathering

This rental was just enough out of Pigeon Forge that you felt in the mountains. We saw beautiful sunrises and a nice view of the town below. The neighborhood before arriving has some rundown houses and trailers and questionable clientele living there. The garden tubs are dated but work. I think something should be done to make getting in and out safer and ours was really slick. There wasn't anywhere in our master bedroom to put clothes away except for a closet. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. It could use more silverware. I think had the the weather been nicer, we would have enjoyed sitting on the decks. There are so many options for this. The hot tub was enjoyed a couple of times. We appreciated having some Christmas decorations and a tree. The downstairs had many entertainment options. We liked watching a movie in the theater. This rental accommodated our group very well.

Beautiful house and even better view!!

First, this house was wonderful! Everything inside and outside looked great and exceeded expectations. My contact with Vacasa was actually stellar compared to other reports I’ve seen from prior guests. I contacted them via the guest support text message a few times and they were helpful and quick to respond. I only had a couple issues with my stay: 1. While most everything was very clean, there was at least one bedroom where a large amount of dead lady bugs were on the floor, especially behind the bed. 2. On the first night, I was woken by the sound of little rodent feet running around. This sounded very close, and finding the before mentioned lady bugs behind the bed in the middle of the night added to the fear these were in the room as they looked like mouse droppings. I think this turned out to be squirrels doing parkour on the deck outside my window as this went on every night and I eventually heard them bouncing off the window at times. 3. A recent review mentioned that the projector bulb needed to be replaced and the washer was broken. I contacted the team a week in advance after seeing this and was assured it had been fixed after that visit…it was not. The projector still displayed the message, though it was possible to get it to clear and still use the projector. The washing machine did not spin out at all. We tried to wash towels one time and they were left soaked in water and soap and we had to request extra towels be brought which we received hours later.

Girls trip

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The cabin is beautiful, inside and out, with spectacular views. We couldn’t find any washcloths so we had to use hand towels in the shower. And it would be nice if coffee filters were provided, but other than that we have no complaints! We would definitely stay again!
