Did not have smart TVs as promised in rental information. They promised to make it right with a Roku stick, but that was not delivered until the afternoon of our last day. Noise from upstairs unit was annoyingly loud. Positives: clean, comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The host was gracious and quick to answer any questions. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy. The unit was clean and welcoming. My son and I go to Pigeon Forge twice a year and this is by far our favorite place to stay.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful and a much needed reprieve from busy city life. We enjoyed the close proximity to everything and all the amenities in the unit. The jacuzzi tub was to die for and the beds were legit the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. Highly recommend!

Attention to details matter

We enjoyed our stay. Nice, quiet area. Just take note to clean the bathrooms thoroughly making sure previous guests' hair is not left on the shower walls. Also, the master bed blanket, though beautiful in color, had a large, obvious hole in it when we spread it out.

Items for Attention (no need to publish this review)

The property was clean and quiet (a big plus), but there were a few items that needed attention. (1) Master bath needs door handle protection on wall. (2) Master bath light comes on intermittently. (3) Second bathroom needs new shower liner and hooks, it is torn. (4) The bulb over the stove didn't work so we changed it. (5) The fan in the second bedroom didn't work correctly so we fixed it. (6) Towels and pillowcases were washed. The dirty bedding was left on the washer to clean. Was not able to locate the laundry soap so had to buy it. (7) Left new dish drainer and extra sponges for next guest.

Wow This condo has it all!

Great location, great bedding, linens. and furniture. Nice kitchen although we ate out. Loved sitting out on the porch with Mountain Views . Easy access for handicap at the end of the building level with the parking lot. Will plan on staying again. Our family enjoyed your condo.

Average condo,they need to clean better!!!

They need to clean better and refresh if condo is not used for couple weeks.Odor in kitchen sink, mold on shower curtain. Bug in the bathtub. They need to clean floors. I wiped with white paper towel and was black …dirty.Patio floor dirty and table dust. They need to do more for the money they charge. Dog charge is to much for little 7lbs dog. Charge needs to be know before booking. We did the best to enjoy. I have this will be helpful. They sent us check out list , things to do . I’m paying for cleaning. I’m on vacation don’t stress me out with email or text one after another.

Property was amazingly clean and just as described, could not have asked for anything any better. The location is so close to everything but is just far enough away you don’t hear any noise. We hope to stay here again for our next fall getaway.

Lovely stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. My MIL has limited mobility, and although this is not specifically a handicap-accessible condo, it worked very well for the three of us. Access from the parking lot was very easy, and the condo was clean and inviting. We also traveled with our family dog, and the location of the condo within the complex made walking him very easy. My husband and MIL had not stayed in a condo on vacation before, but loved it. Location of the complex is excellent - right in the middle of things without hearing the noise or feeling like you are on the Parkway. We would rent this condo again.

Nice Property and Great Location!

Our checkin was very convenient, no hassle as you would at a front desk hotel lobby. Our condo size was perfect for our group (2 adults and 2 big teenage boys). I really liked how they had 2 different pools, a hot tub and a lazy river to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing! The location was in close proximity to tons of restaurants, shops and entertainment options, walking distance to some, but short drive to others. Overall, it was a great experience for our first time in Pigeon Forge and definitely we will come back again!

Bed and TV

The bed was not comfortable at all. The TV would change from 720 to 1080 every single time you would watch it. We did the tricks with changing the channel as well. The overall appearance of the place was very nice- just not comfortable.

Convenient and nice

This condo was amazing. It was close enough to the Parkway to go anywhere you want yet far enough off to be quiet. The condo itself was clean and very well taken care of. We will definitely book this condo again.

Property/condo was okay.

When we arrived, light in guest bath didn’t work. Contacted property manager and it was promptly fixed. However, there were a couple of other issues but just didn’t bother to contact manager. TV remote in master bedroom didn’t work and the shower rod in master bath was about to fall off of wall so had to be careful with that. Lastly, you are required to pay a cleaning fee but you have to “tidy” up and leave it close to how you found it, which I understand. What I don’t understand is why the rental customer has to empty the trash cans and haul the trash out to the dumpster.

Family Vacation

We had a awesome time! The Condo even exceeded our expectations and had every convenience that we needed! Everything was so clean! The Owner was so great to work with and made it very easy to work with. We enjoyed the lazy river and the pool and the convenience to all the places we went. We would most definitely stay here again!

Very conveniently located yet very quiet!

My wife and 2 boys (9 and 14) stayed here for three nights. The property was very clean and quiet. My parents also stayed for a couple nights and my dad was even impressed with the property! (And he doesn't like condos!)

Great Place!

Great place! Highly recommend, close to everything in pigeon forge. Owners respond super quick at all times. Clean! And beautiful! Will be going back and referring others!
