The condo wasn’t clean when we arrived 30 minutes after the allowed check-in time. The beds weren’t made, sheets not changed, dirty towels on the bathroom floors, etc. Working with the property mgmt company wasn’t great, as they told us to leave the unit and they would find someone to come clean. After a long day of travel with a little one, we weren’t planning to leave the condo and wait for someone to come clean without an estimated timeframe for when someone would arrive or how long it would take. A gentleman did eventually come to clean. We feel the entire situation was handled poorly and the property mgmt company could have offered better customer service. At one point I was told I could cancel the reservation, but “Good luck finding somewhere else to go”. The entire ordeal took about 3 hours to get resolved, a stressful way to start our stay. They did end up refunding us for the night. The property says no animals, but the living room rug and couches had white animal fur all over, so anytime we wore black, we had to change due to animal fur. There were bugs, both dead and alive and the WiFi information on the refrigerator didn’t even work for the property! In fact, the checkout process QR code on the fridge isn’t for this property either, but rather for independent cabins not in the condo community. I will say the location was great and the condo was spacious for 3 people. We will not stay here again and don’t recommend the condo to anyone.
