We only got to stay one night, we were just passing through. We loved this condo, it was perfect, especially the view of both the town and the mountains. Our condo was on the 6th floor so that made the view even better.The unit was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay here again, hopefully a little longer next time.

The owner had great communication with me and as soon as we got there, there were wasps at the front door. I immediately wrote the owner and he took care of it as best he could. They were still there but not as bad the warm weather had just brought them out. The front bath had mold on the shower head and carpet was very dirty. All in all it was fine for what we needed it for.

Great stay in a great condo!

The condo was exactly as described. Our favorite part was the huge balcony with gorgeous views. You get to enjoy views of the sunrise and the sunset!! It is also a great location and its fun to see the lights from the Island at night. We will definitely be back!

The location was great, the carpet was nasty with so many stains. The master bathroom had black mold in between the tile. Wouldn’t let my family walk bare foot. Not enough blankets for the beds.

Poor Ownership and Dirty

First of all I had very important questions for the owner to this day I still never got a response. I called 3 times and emailed him twice to no avail. Very upset. Secondly the mirrors were old and dirty , water damage on the ceiling in the master bedroom. The patio door would not seal properly and let the heat in and bugs too. And the toilet in the master bathroom would not flush properly and the toilet paper holder was barely hanging on the wall. The carpets were filthy and had hard and sticky spots. So we had to wear shoes the entire time inside. Third and final item parking was a pain. Not enough spaces available for all the units. We had to park down a a small hill and walk up in excruciating heat. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt like all I was there is a payday for the property owner. He could care less about anything as long as he got paid. But I did receive a email on the day we were checking out to rate him 5 stars. Really?!?!?!

Exactly What We Needed

The condo was perfect for what we needed. Close to all the attractions, but not directly on the busy road. It was the best of both worlds. I had a few questions before and during our stay and they were answered almost immediately. We would absolutely stay again.

Great Location and Views

My husband, brother, sister-in-law and I stayed for 4 nights. The condo was clean and the locations and views were great. They only had a Keurig coffee pot, but the owner was great we went out and purchased a traditional inexpensive coffee pot and he reimbursed us for it. It is now there for future renters. We will definitely stay here again.

Great get a way

Great place to stay! Just off the strip, but just a min away. Only thing needed to improve, had some lights “bulbs” out and bathroom vents repaired. And gym could use some upgrades/replacements.
