Excellent Cabin

Very well built and amazing attention to decoration. Very comfortable, quiet, private, and the location was surprisingly convenient to all the area. Minutes to anywhere. SMKW, all of Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Even with traffic, getting around was quick and easy. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. A bit expensive but, in the end, it was worth it. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Our family had a great time at this cabin and will be back! The cabin was in a convenient location and quiet area. Tim and his group were extremely responsive to any questions during our stay. I would highly recommend!

Cozy and clean

Great location, you are close to a main road, but the neighborhood feels secluded. Cabin is clean and has a nice layout. There are neighbors but separated by trees. Not too far from both neighborhood pools.

We enjoyed our stay. The jacuzzi tub in the first bedroom downstairs dripped constantly. There was mold in the shower on the first floor. We made the host aware of these issues the first day. The air was not adjustable. It stayed between 77-79 the whole time. We were uncomfortably warm, especially on the main floor. The hair dryer didn’t work. Our grandsons enjoyed the games in the loft bedroom.

Perfect Dollywood Stay

We had the best time at Clifford Mill! We appreciated the easy check out process and the hot tub and the overall space. The video games were awesome and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and had pretty much everything we needed! We will be back.

Great place for a short stay (maybe a long one too)

We were only in town for a weekend baseball tournament but this space gave us everything we needed for multiple families to stay together. Proximity to the ball fields and other attractions coupled with a quiet place to stay when we needed. The kids ( and adults) loved the video games and and the loft beds made it easy for the adults to have their own space while the kids could have a slumber party. The only drawback I would note was in the damage deposit policy. We were actually charged the full damage deposit at final payment (rather than just a hold) and it wasn’t refunded until 2+ weeks after our stay. This means we had a bery large balance carried on credit card for 3+ weeks which crossed a billing cycle and meant we either had to pay it off or pay interest on it. It shouldn’t take 2+ weeks to refund that deposit, particularly when the owner sent an email the day after we checked out remarking how clean we had left the property. Not sure if this is a VRBO thing or not but have never experienced this before. Other than that it was a gear stay and we would consider it again if we are ever back in the area.

Great location!

We visited Pigeon Forge for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience. The location of the house was very convenient! The house was great and worked perfectly for what we needed. I did want to note that the bunk beds are located in the loft and not private and does not have its own bathroom.

Christmas 2022

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was clean and well appointed. The location was probably our favorite aspect with it being so close to the strip and its attractions. If it had not snowed, our stay would have been perfect. We (and many others) got stuck trying to navigate in the snow and ice. We had to leave our car and walk to the cabin. A four wheel drive vehicle would have been a great thing to have! Overall, Our family would definitely stay at this cabin again.
