Great Place & Location

Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Fantastic location. Nice pool. Quiet, safe area. Only negatives-smoke detector was constantly beeping. Maintenance never showed. Also plate in microwave was broken and not replaced during our stay. These weren’t game changers and we have already said we’d stay there again.

Sunset Views

The condo was exactly as pictured! It was clean, comfortable and had the most amazing views of the sunsetting over the mountains. My boys (8 &13) enjoyed the indoor pool and basketball hoop. We will definitely book again! Owner was responsive to all my messaging. We took advantage of the one Adult ticket to Dollywood that was offered with the stay which was nice perk.

Very nice, comfortable, great location

I would say there is not much to complain about...very comfortable and nicely decorated. A few "minor" irritants such as no pot holders in the kitchen, a single packet of coffee but no filters, one two packet sugar, though one was open. None of these are game changers, but a little more attention to detail would be my recommendation. All in all, I would recommend staying there

The condo was the perfect location and very clean, the deco was very beautiful! I would reckoned it!

If I or anyone I know was going to Pigeon Forge I would recommend this condo to them it was a great place to stay, clean , well furnished. The best location!

Great Location!

Great Location! close to everything. Very clean and nice. Only complaints are the water heater is too small for everyone to get a hot shower unless you space them out...and the main light in the master bedroom didn't work so we had to use the lamp and light from the bathroom to see.

we were emailed wrong code for door, thankfully the owner was able to send us the correct code. we were exhausted after working all day and driving 3 1/2 hours. Beds were nice, place was clean, just thought they would offer more for the price.

The property was nice, however, was not cleaned well. There were crumbs under the couch cushions and we had to wash the sheets on the bed before sleeping in them.

Learning to smile again

My brother passed suddenly 14 weeks ago and we are now responsible for his daughter who is deaf and has special needs. This trip was for her because she saw a Dollywood commercial and smiled for the first time in a long time. We knew we had to take her. Not knowing where to stay we found this condo online. It was the perfect place. Near everything my niece wanted to do. Very comfortable, Clean and roomy.

Great place to stay right on the strip with tons of stuff to do.

Very nice condo. Great location. Nice bedrooms. I would buy a bigger trash can, at least a 13 gallon for kitchen area. Bring extra wash cloths because there is only one in each bathroom. Lock needs to be screwed tighter to the door, was very loose. I kept having to push it in to shut the door. You also need to pull handle toward you while entering code or the lock won't move to lock or unlock door. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Overall stay was good, just had to clean the bathrooms and countertops.

We enjoyed our stay in Pigeonforge, unfortunately upon getting to the condo I had to clean the bathrooms because of hair throughout the floors, tub and sink. Also had to clean countertops in kitchen because of dried food and crumbs. The beds were comfortable, plenty of covers for the sleeper sofa. Would of like to had pillow cases for the sofa pillows. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Weekend Trip

Great weekend trip. Great condo with a great location. Nice, clean with modern furnishings. One recommendation: allow control of the A/C. Present settings for guests with no ability to change is not preferred. Recommend installing sound insulation in the doorway a-joining the other unit. That’s an easy sound barrier fix. Still overall a great condo, just needs a few upgrades.

Great location

This was our first time visiting Pigeon Forge. The condo was just as pictured. The things I liked: location, easiness of check in, tv’s in bedrooms, simple WiFi, very quiet. Never heard anyone above, below or beside us. Things I would suggest: it was clean but I did have to get out the broom & dust pan to sweep a few hair balls and in the corners of the kitchen & bathrooms. I don’t like seeing hair that I know is not mine....I would also add more hand towels in the bathrooms. We had plenty of bath towels & wash cloths but only 1 hand towel per bathroom. This is not a suggestion but just an FYI to bring your own coffee filters. They provide a serving of coffee but we had to run to the store to get filters. Overall a good stay.

Amazing time in the Smokey Mountains

My family and I was very pleased and satisfied with the condo. It was roomy, clean and very accessible to our needs. The location is perfect dead in the middle of Pigeon Forge. I totally recommend this unit. Thank you for accommodating us.
