refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and coffeemaker. The living room features comfortable furniture (2 new recliners) for relaxing while enjoying the electric
fireplace. Also, this condo has a new 70 inch flat screen Smart TV w/DVD player in the living room with a 65 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom with DVD blue ray player The condo building has a convenient elevator and guest carts. 36-inch doorways help guests needing handicap-friendly features. Built in 2008. Sleeps six. .

MOUNTAINS. THE 'NEW' ISLAND IN WALKING DISTANCE.

NEW SPA NOW OPEN & A NEW BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR HEATED POOL OPEN APRIL THRU OCTOBER. YOU MUST HAVE A WRIST BAND TO ENTER THE POOL AND SPA. NEW INDOOR POOL OPEN. WE HAVE SIX EACH POOL PASSES IN OUR UNIT FOR YOUR USE. PLEASE RETURN YOU WRIST BANDS TO OUR UNIT. THERE IS A $10 FEE FOR EACH WRIST BAND NOT RETURNED.
