Very dirty.

Very dirty . Could not sleep in the beds , It took 2 days to get clean bedding. The apartment was very dirty and dusty needed a deep clean. The walls were badly marked and damaged . The chair is the living area was damaged and so dirty we had to cover it with a sheet to sit on it .Overall the apartment needs a refit and decorated. The only good things was the location and the view .

Loved our spring stay

This was a very nice VRBO. Very clean, safe area, very close to lots of attractions yet you still feel like you are away in the mountains. We loved the patio views. Kids loved the pool.We would recommend buying more silverware!

Nice property

The room was nice. We didn’t have a blanket for the foldout couch, linens only and there is some black stuff around the vents in the kitchen and bathroom. Looked to be really dark dust or mold.

Vacation

The property is very neat and clean. The location is excellent. Easy to get to. The grounds are very well kept. The overall facility is very nice. We all lived the deck and spent a lot of time viewing the mountains. The electronic door lock did not work and we had to use the key to come and go. We reported the fireplace did not work but it was never corrected. Over all we loved the place and plan to stay again in the near future

Quick communication by host

We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.it also had a great balcony for enjoying time with our family. We had a little trouble with the code to get in , but the host was very quick to respond and take care of everything. We felt the location couldn’t be better,because it was easy to get around to everything we wanted to see and do. We would gladly stay there again when visiting that area.

Needs TLC

Wonderful time spent in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The condo overall was nice but needed a good cleaning in master bathroom, bedroom and living area curtains were needing help, kitchen furnishings needed updating and new pillows would be nice. *masterbath shower needed a good cleaning and well as inside and outside of jet tub (did not work). Right side of sinks had a faucet issue. Beautiful views, comfortable beds and nice quiet facility. A little TLC would go a long way. Overall had a wonderful time.

Did not feel very homey

We could not get the sound on the tv in living room to work. We do not have direct tv and did not know how to use. There seems to be instructions. Could have been a blanket to use for couch as we lay there reading.

"WASTE-cation!"

First of all, the property looked nothing like the posted property. This was not a cabin, but a hotel suite....and not a very good one! The room's cleanliness was subpar and there was a total lack of towels, toilet paper, dishes, utensils, dish liquid detergent, etc....)sigh(....after doing ALL the things on my vacation that I did at home, my family returns after surveying the land and tells me that the game room has no games, the do-hickeys that control the resistance were missing and the pool smelled like pee!!! )Sigh(.... I would go on, but I'm tired from my vacation.

We loved the cabin. The only thing I think could be different is more chairs to sit on in the living room. I know we had the dining room table to sit at, but if there were more chairs to sit on while watching TV.

Gorgeous

The stay was absolutely perfect I booked it for Valentine’s day with my wife. It was even better than the pictures. The view off the balcony was so beautiful. The jetted soaking tub was definitely enjoyed. The shower and water pressure are great and it gets super hot. Both rooms have ceiling fans which is nice. And it wasn’t too far from Gatlinburg. If you stay here I definitely recommend you go to crockett’s breakfast camp one morning the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend you stay here you won’t regret it. The only downside I would say is the jets in the hot tub didn’t work

Great place to stay

Condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Great 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom for the family. Good location far enough from the strip to not hear traffic, but with great views. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, furnace worked without issue.
