"Never dealt with the staff as checked in after hours. One of the beds wasn’t made- bedding just left on it. The main bed felt like we rolled in the middle and slipped deeper into the mattress- was not very comfortable. Slept poorly as a result. We have stayed here before and don’t recall having the same problems before.
The location is perfect- near to many places especially the airport but far away enough to not be disturbed by flight noise."

"Waited over 45 minutes for our shuttle pick up from airport. Our check in was a very perfunctory matter but reception staff the next morning were far more engaging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Our room was pretty mingy - sad decor, one side of the bed against the wall, flickering light. Okay for one night."

"Had airport transfer with this booking, called when I collected baggage, informed them of my location at airport and was told they would not be long. Waited 20 minutes called again and was told they do not pick up from my location, asked where then, told me wait and would collect me at my location, finally arrived after another 10 minutes and in conversation with other passengers who were on the same flight, they were all told different pick up spots at airport, other then that it was good"

"No opening windows for fresh air.
The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel."
