Nice hotel, good location.

Tiger Inn was a very nice stay. The room was really nice, bed was comfortable, good wifi for work, and easily walkable from the beach and Bangla street. I'd stay here again.

Clean room, rude staff and building in disrepair. Loud banging metal noise in the wind. Received odd phone calls from staff at late hours

Things are no longer the same

I’ve been staying at this hotel for almost 8 years. Over that time the hotels exterior and downstairs has gone through extensive renovation however what needs to be considered his loyalty of your customers returning. The theme the customer is always right is not the theme here. I had problems with staff over trying to get additional towels for my room which they tried to charge me for when I requested them , in the past I’ve never had a problem getting towels. It’s not like I was going to steal them. And if they turn up missing and then charge me for them it’s very simple. I’m not a thief I’m a customer. they refuse to give me additional towels that I requested and told me if I really wanted them they would charge me for them“. Now when have you ever heard of that?” They got me boiled to the point where I had to literally tell the staff are you the customer or am I ? I will no longer return to this hotel after eight years of loyalty never again

Great budget stay

A great budget stay. Very spacious rooms with everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Very close to everything. The staff were a little lazy but overall pretty good. Bathtub shower was the only negative in the room.

騒音がきにならなければいいと思う。

スタッフ親切だった。部屋はスイートにしたのでとても広く快適だった。しかしエアコンの調整が効かず温度を上げても寒かった。バスタブがあったが水が茶色かった。夜、騒音がきになる人は泊まるのを考えた方が良い。部屋の壁が薄いせいか隣の部屋の声が響く。周辺は、なんでもあって大きなショッピングモールも徒歩で行けるので便利。

during checkin , the person insisted on leaving the passport with him st reception. which we denied. BF time is till 10.30. we were there by 10.20. noone attended to take the order. finally when ordered, they pushed to pay for same as time is 10.32 which is well past the complementry breakfast time.

Room was dirty and had a nasty smell of smoke

Room smelled like chemicals and cover up for the fact that it smelled like cigarette smoke. Horrible hotel we left after they tried to change our room 3 times but the problem was the same in each room.

Extra costs Incurred

I have traveled to this resort many times over the last few years, I pay as a single traveler which generally gives me a double room at booking. This trip I was informed the day after arrival and my first nights sleep that Extra costs are required which need to be paid in cash. I was unable to charge the cost to my room and pay at the end of my stay, I asked why got no real answer.The extra cost was as much as the room rate, I did ask why these costs are not clearly stated at the time of booking so you can make up your mind then. A little about the hotel its self getting to be a little dated, it requires a good overall the bathroom plumbing and sanitary ware are on the last legs. The rooms are spacious the beds have seen better days and the linen is thread bare again very well used

お手頃価格で泊まれる良いホテルです。 スタッフも親切です。 アメニティはシャンプー、ボディソープ、石鹸、シャワーキャップ、綿棒ありました。 ケトル、冷蔵庫、お茶セット、ペットボトルの水があります。 テレビはブラウン管ですがnhkワールド見れました。 観光にも便利な立地でコンビニ、飲食店は沢山周りにあります。 ちょっと騒々しい立地にあるのです寝るときは耳栓が役立ちました。

Schönes Hotel aber nichts für Ruhesuchenden

Sehr nettes Personal. Die Suite war sehr groß und mit Klima. Großes Bett mit festen Matratzen und alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt super zentral: ob essen gehen oder einkaufen oder der Strand - ist alles zum Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Uns hat das nicht wirklich gestört, weil wir spät im Bett waren aber sonst hört man viel von der Straßen "Party". Für die Steckdosen brauchten wir kein Adapter. Das Hotel Restaurant ist auch zu empfehlen und die Cocktails sind 1. Klasse.

Good hotel close to the action..

Good hotel. Clean room,spacious,big and confy bed, shower was good, big fridge , make up room every day. Nice looking and tasty food at the restaurant. 5 min away from Bangla Road, Mall and beach.

Pleasant stay

Stay was good and comfortable . Breakfast was ok . Receptionist are very kind and friendly .The room light abit dim and not bright enough . Bathroom very small . Overall everything is ok .
