Sehr freundliches Personal. Klasse Pool. Aufgrund von Corona war das Restaurant leider geschlossen und somit kein Frühstück im Hotel. Leider wurde die Bestätigung der Buchung für die Registrierung Thaipass erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen geschickt. Ebenfalls wurde kein Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel organisiert. Musste von mir selber organisiert werden…

Horrible!!!!!!!!

todo fueron problemas. La primera Noche no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, al cambiarnos de habitacion no quisieron hacer el servicio de limpieza y cambio de toallas al dia siguiente. Para colmo solo te dan una llave, lo que supone que cuando sales de la habitacion no puedes dejar conectado ningun aparato electronico y cuando llegas por la Noche la habitacion es como una sauna. He estado en hoteles de inferior categoria en esa misma zona con mejor servicio y Atencion. Un verdadero desastre!!!!!

Service staff kept forgetting towels and toilet paper, sometimes they would not even clean the room. The floor tiles lifted in the room and we were not given another room.

Mauvais séjour du au staff

L'hotel facture le fait d'être accompagné, malgré une réservation effectuée pour 2 personnes (conditions obligatoires à signer lors du check-in) et impossible de parler au manager qui est bizarrement absent quand on demande.Certaines personnes du front desk sont désagréables. C'est dommage car l'hotel est bien placé et le rooftop est vraiment agréable (et pour le coup le staff y est très sympa malgré la musique un peu forte!)

Jeg har boet på dette hotel en del gange, men denne gang har godt været den værste... Da ingen havde for talt mig at hotellet var igang med en større renovering af 6+7+8 etage. Det vil siger der i dagstimerne blev larmet med diverse maskiner, således at den rolige, hyggelig og afslapnings ferie jeg havde bestilt blev totalt ødelagt af LARM. Det kunne være at hotel.com skulle overvejde om de ikke skulle tage dette hotel af deres program. Igen i år var personalet udskiftet til nyt, oppe i poolbaren var service rigtig ringende, ingen opmærksomme tjenere, og selvom der i hotellet informationsmappe stod at man kunne ringe og bestille rumservice, som fik man heletiden afvise at køkkenet var lukket. Så den afslappende ferie jeg skulle have haft blev ødelagt af, at jeg i tide og utide måtte forlade hotellet og komme væk fra larmen. Og igen ved indtjekning prøvede de at snyde mig med værelses størrelsen, således de ville give mig et mindre end det jeg havde betalt for.

Отель адекватный по цене и качеству

Отель находится рядом с торговым центром Джанг-Цейлон. Рядом куча подобных отелей. ( Мы побывали и в Хемингуэй силк хотел и Александр отель патонг). Но сира Гранде отель из них лучший. Пусть не на много, но в целом лучше. Бассейн на крыше побольше и поглубже. Завтрак- шведский стол,хоть о однообразно, но можно наесться, есть мясо, суп-пюре, к чаю и кофе булочки. в номерах чисто, воду каждый день приносят. Цена -качество соотвствует.

Eher Hostelcharakter als 4 * Hotel

Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Jedoch lärmende Gäste stören, vor allem Nachts, das Ambiente. Kleiner Pool mit lautstarken Beats auf der Dachterasse. Die Zimmer mit Bergblick sind ruhiger, aber ist die Aussicht mehr als bescheiden.

Ok 2 to 3 star hotel. Showing alot of wear and tear. My rooms air con vibrated very noisy. Staff came to repair it but it did nothing and i was left with the room. Air con duct in room woyld rattle and people had been putting toilet paper around edges to stop it. Decided to leave early.

Used to be good

I had stayed at this hotel a few times before and it was good but somehow it went downhill. The staff seem unfriendly and uncaring and the facilities poorly maintained.

great stay. this is our third time staying at this hotel and its great. has gotten a little bit shabby in the past 3 years but i did notice work commencing when we were there so im sure it will be back to its sparkling best soon

Trustworthy

Breakfast - not serve on warmer - almost same variety everyday. Restaurant alot of mosquitoes, my group all got bitten by it. Most likely bred from the small vase placed on table with a stalk of bamboo for ambience. Neighbouring hotel doing renovation thus lobby area do have sewerage smell.

Central location only thing going for it! We broke a glass and had to pay for. Breakfast is generally inadequate, with “hot” food that was always COLD! Fresh fruit wasn’t fresh! Bread and Danish’s were stale!

Overall good for a short, value stay

Was told upgraded ropm on check in being deluxe twin balcony to triple. Bigger room but no balcony which was a bit of a disappointment. Nonetheless, the room was large and clean with comfortable bed. 4th floor okay with 2 fast lifts. Pool and bar on 8th floor great but 1.5m deep so not great for shorter people. Nice and warm though. Few pubs and eateries in same street. Jungceylon really close as was Bangla Rd, the party street.

Hotel muito bom!

Muito satisfeita com o atendimento do hotel no geral. Quartos limpos, tudo organizado, localização boa (está há alguns metros do shopping) e Wi-Fi muito bom. A piscina é um encanto a parte, ambiente muito gostoso, com música e serviço de bar muito bom. Otimo lugar para apreciar o por do sol. Custo benefício excelente.

We arrived in phuket after staying at a some what decent hotel in Bagkok. When we arrived to our very hot and small room we immediately notices handprints all over the glass windows and black marks over the walls. The room itself was tiny and the only good thing I coupd say that was postive about the room was the shower had warm water and was a decent space. The air conditioning what a joke. It would take hours (you having to be in the room for the electricity to work) for the AC to actually work. And it never would go past 23 degrees C which to some that's fine but I'm used to It being 18 or 19 C so for us it was very hot. Other things I thought was bogus is they do not give you free water. You have to pay extra as well as the over priced Breakfast which is not worth the price they make you pay. To top it all off they try to over charge you as much as they can for tours and excursions. We tried getting a hold of an elephant sanctuary to do that the day of but we needed to call them. Well our hotel called them for us and then said it would be 3500 bat when their own website said it would be 2500 including roundtrip pick up... yeah not very honest of our hotel. One more thing the staff does not speak very good English so you kind of have to translate everything on your cell phone if you want them to understand. It's a big hassle. There are literally hundreds of other hotels in Phuket and I wish I would stayed some other place.
