Legacy week

Entry gate to "gated" property broken and open all week. no written info in house re: wifi or how to use any appliances or equipment..locking mechanism for glass slider broken... no spare trash bags. Ice maker broken... 3 towels and 1 washclothand i provided

Good for golf

On the positive side, the property was located right on Legacy golf course which is where I wanted to play. It was quiet as well if that helps.However, the house itself is a bit tired. The pool…more like a plunge pool…is basically unusable as the large vacuum hose cannot be removed. If you want to cook a large meal, there are only a couple pots.The kitchen utensils are terrible and need to be replaced and upgraded.I found the internet there to be sketchy and likely wouldn’t be suitable for any kind of work from home activity. There are no streaming services, just basic cable and the remote in the bedroom needs to be replaced as it barely works.The beds are not great…master is fine but my friends who slept on the queen said they could feel the springs in the mattress. The two singles are at best suitable for small kids and for all beds they really need to get some decent pillows. And last, the area at large is dodgy so i wouldn’t recommend wandering around at night, stick to the immediate community.That said, Cami, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive.

Thanksgiving week

Have had better luck with other evolve properties in the area. Paid for pool heat, but it never worked. Given wrong door code, but it was resolved quick,Cami is very helpful just not as satisfied as other rental stays. There was a lot of dead bugs on the floors, I guess good they spray but having to clean up bugs kind of gross

Spring break 2024

Enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. Great weather! Was given the wrong code to get in the gate and wrong code for front door. Would have been nice to have a manual to explain WiFi password. An ice maker that worked would have been a plus. Loved the location. Will consider for next year.

Property itself was great, spacious and clean. Great location, friendly neighbors. We were initially given the wrong code to get into the main gate (thankfully a neighbor let us in) then at the house also realized we were given the wrong code for the front door! Communication with the 'Evolve' company went fine, but they weren't able to help us at all. Only until the property manager got in touch with us were we able to get in. (It was after midnight and they did apologize for not hearing the phone) The next day the lock itself malfunctioned...and after about 30 minutes of messaging and sending videos they finally let us use the physical key to get in and out of the property...quite frustrating. We didn't use the pool...we probably would have if we didn't have to pay extra for the heating. Also the cleaning fee is very excessive since we're required to take out the garbage ourselves and remove all the sheets/bedding and make sure the place is tidy before we leave. Overall we were 'O.K.' with everything...but we won't be staying here again.

Great location

Clean, efficient house in a great location close to stores, restaurants and freeways. Our only issues was with door key pad-it was a pain to use/lock up-maybe it was worn out?

The customer is assumed wrong

House was beautiful and overall we did have a great vacation. However, there were some unexpected events that we were disappointed in the way it was handled. First, emailed manager with a few questions prior to coming and did not receive response. Then, we arrived at least 20 minutes after check in to find cleaning person still there. She apologized and we decided to go have dinner and told her she didn’t have to hurry as we would rather have a clean house. Returned about 3 hours later very tired. At this point overall the house looked clean. Our purpose was to relax, not to find flaws. But by the next morning we found sticky nightstand, crumbs/debris on floors as we walked through the house, dishwasher full of clean dishes and kitchen countertops needed scrubbing (later found dryer full of towels). We began thinking that the high cleaning charge wasn’t worth it and contacted Cami (property manager AND owner of cleaning service) via email at 12:17pm asking for a partial refund for cleaning. She apologized but in the same sentence doubted my claims of anyone still being there after 4pm and asked for photos time stamped upon arrival time for the rest. I felt like I was being accused of lying instead of getting any customer satisfaction. It was disheartening.

Legacy Golf

Nice property in gated golf community. Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned when we checked in. Towels and sheets in the laundry room and trash not taken out. Credit to the Evolve management team for their quick action to rectify the situation. We visit Phoenix often and we would stay in this property again. Next time I will bring the golf clubs.

In like a lion, out like a lamb

After some initial stumbles were resolved (the door code didn’t work, the house was half cleaned , as the cleaner left on an emergency, we heard, and the pool heater wasn’t working ), we had a wonderful time at the property. The pool is very nice, the golf course and mountain views’ tranquil, and the firepit comfy. Surprisingly, the gated community is very quiet being as close to the airport as it is. The home was well stocked with all the necessities and provided ample space for our family and two grandsons. The master is spacious and comfortable, though the mattresses in the secondary were hard. Overall, it was a very nice property, and we had a terrific time.

Close to Everything

We had a great time! The home is exactly as shown. My husband loved being on the golf course and watching the action there. The home is super convenient to the airport. Wonderful hiking trails all around. Convenient location to explore Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional stay

This is a well-appointed, comfortable property in a great location for the South Mountain/Phoenix area. Check in was well-organized and we were able to get an early check-in on the day of arrival to Phoenix. The departure time of 10:00 AM is strictly enforced-we received two reminders about this and someone drove up at 9:56 AM to ensure the property was vacated. The property is clean and well-maintained. Comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms including a good soaking tub in the master bath. Everyday essentials (paper towels, toile paper, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, etc.) for a short stay are provided. The outside provides nice amenities like a grill, pool (which we didn't use during our stay), and seating. It does abut the golf course so you will see golfers passing by and stopping to hit golf balls. The property is located in a nice, well-maintained neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area and throughly enjoyed our stay.

October Getaway

Very nice house, perfect for 2 couples and 1 or 2 kids. The location was convenient to airport, grocery shopping but not very close to the freeway if that matters. Pool/Spa option was a nice surprise and easy to work and the house is stocked with all the stuff you need but don't want to purchase (spices, sun screen, tp, ect). The on-site manager was very responsive and available and the instruction book was detailed and helpful. Beds were a little on the hard side but we were ale to sleep fine all the same. Overall a very solid rental and we would choose it again.

Stay away!! This place is FILTHY and POORLY managed.

We stayed in this property in October 2020. From the outset it was a nightmare. We had confirmed prior to arrival the property had been cleaned and sanitized and was told it met CDC standards. That was laughable. There was filthy open packets of raw meat, half eaten ice-cream and more in the fridge which was so disgusting we couldn't even use it. Their was cigarette ash on the bathroom counters, massive clumps of hair in the shower. Every bed was littered with trash and filthy levels of dust. The dishes were put away dirty. We found 4 scorpions inside the bedrooms. Evolve were nothing but scammers --- they promised us resolutions, waited until checkout and then told us we'd get a partial refund, then refused to honor that. Matthew their guest services person sent a cleaner the first day, then when we complained it still smelt of smoke he ignored us and told us to deal directly with Evolve. Evolve blamed him. These people are literally filthy scammers who expect paying guests to live in squalor. Happy to provide photos and evidence to anyone who'd like it. But stay away from this filthy place.

This was my first time renting a home, my friends told me I was going to love renting a home instead of renting a hotel and they were right, It was a beautiful home, location was great, spending time with my family was so much fun, had a blast we'll do this again.

Great location, easy to get around Phoenix and a home away from home!

This home had everything a family needs for a summer getaway. Comfortable, very clean and safe area. Close to all kinds of shopping and quick drive to whatever sports venue you are wanting to visit. We will definitely stay here again!
