`This place was easy to find and had a fun layout. Each room had its own style and we enjoyed being in them during our downtime, especially the kitchen. Although it wasn’t warm enough to take advantage of the pool, we made good use of the putting greens, and the BBQ, and played the fun outdoor games until dusk. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the showers had good water pressure. We could easily stay at this place for many more days as it was close to restaurants and stores, and a short drive to most trails and hiking. 10/10 would recommend staying here!` -John

Guest agrees to swim at their own risk. The Pursuit Property Management and the homeowner do not take responsibility for swimming-related incidents. Guest will be asked to confirm that they understand this.

Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to review and acknowledge our liability waiver and pool rules.
If requested by the host, guests are required to provide a copy of their government-issued ID and a list of full names of all guests staying at the property to the host.

PLEASE NOTE that weekly routine pool cleaners come by every week to keep the pool looking great and safe for families to enjoy. He typically comes by on `THURSDAY` so we ask that you be aware of this as he may be on the property. He will only ever be outside of the course and for less than an hour. *If you do not wish to have the pool cleaner come by during your stay please notify us before your check-in*

*Please read our pool liability waiver, and respond with your first and last name. We will treat this as your signature and confirmation that you agree to the waiver form.

**Pool is not heated**

NO PARTIES or LOUD NOISE: Neighbors have been informed to call the police if there is loud noise or suspicion of a party. If the police are called, there will be a $750 fine

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND! IF THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE, THERE WILL BE A $750 CHARGE FOR DEODORIZING THE HOME
