The property itself was clean. It worked well for sleeping when our children came with our grandchildren. The neighborhood was quiet and nice for walking the dog.Goodnight Stay did not deliver services that were paid for. Heated Pool is in their description. The pool does have heat but it does not work unless they turn it on manually - we contacted them and waited for service 4 timesWe arrived on March 8 - There was no "welcome pack"-- Pool skimmer was broken. Was required to send pictures as proof. 2 days later, we had purchased all items plus a new pool skimmer--pool thermometer was broken. Purchased a thermometer-- pool was 68 degrees. We were told that it would take time to heat -and had to sign a waiver. We paid 150 per day to heat the pool - 3,300 overall. March 16 the pool maint came. We asked about heater. He left- no response but we get message stating that if we wanted pool heat we had to request it five days in advance and pay 150/day which we had already done and paid 3300. After sending pool tech for confirmation pool wasn't being heated, we received a 1200 credit for 8 days. Pool heater ran that day - stopped . Called back and requested service - 3 days later they sent a rep with pool tech on the phone. Breaker blown - heat turned on. Stopped againContacted them again and sent pics as proof of no heat. Used grill - grill brush melted and burnt - bought new one. Submitted form for refund 3/29. Said response in 3-5 days. NOTHING YET!
