The Space:

The first cannonball off the water slide sets the tone for the whole trip. By day it's splash contests, pool basketball, and putt putt showdowns. By night, everyone gathers around the fire pit under those big Arizona stars while the hot tub bubbles away nearby. We really do think this backyard is something special!

Inside, this sun-soaked north Peoria home sleeps up to 16 across 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (upper level): King bed, ensuite bathroom with stand-alone tub and walk-in

shower, dedicated workspace

• Bedroom 2 (upper level): King bed

• Bedroom 3 (upper level): King bed

• Bedroom 4 (lower level): Queen bed

• Bedroom 5 (upper level): Two full-over-full bunk beds, plus kids' books and toys



Every bedroom has its own smart TV, and two more full bathrooms keep the morning routine moving.



The game room is the rainy-day hero (okay, this is Arizona, the too-hot-day hero): arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, and a shuffleboard table. The fully stocked chef's kitchen has a big island with high seating and three ways to make your coffee, Keurig, drip, or French press. The living room's plush sofa and fireplace are perfect for winding down.



This one's a natural fit for family reunions and multi-generational groups. Just note it's a two-story home, so most bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. Our local team is around throughout your stay, so all you have to do is relax and play!



Guest Access:

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, indoors and out. The only exception is one locked cleaners' closet.



The Neighborhood:

You're in a quiet, family-friendly pocket of north Peoria with the best of the West Valley close by.



Outdoors: Lake Pleasant is the local star, great for boating, paddling, and desert sunsets, about 20 minutes away. Desert hiking trails are scattered all around the area.



Food & drink: Restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores are a short drive away along the Lake Pleasant Parkway corridor.



Fun & games: Spring training baseball is roughly 20 to 25 minutes south, and the Westgate Entertainment District with arena events and shopping is about 25 to 30 minutes away.

Downtown Phoenix is roughly 45 minutes.



Uber and Lyft both operate reliably in the area.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the West Valley, and there's parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway and on the street. Uber and Lyft are readily available if you'd rather leave the keys behind for a night out.

• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• This property is 100% smoke-free.

• No pets allowed.

• We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to

maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

• An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring

purposes.

• Parking is available in the driveway and on the street for up to 4 cars.

• Stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
